I was unsure watching how you were painting the wood areas, but looking at the finished miniature it really looks great. I'll have to try that next time I have a mini with a large area of bare wood.

I once played a campaign where my party was sent to check on a young lords disappearance. When we entered the harem chambers there was just pillows and dried blood. Turns out all the pillows were mimics. Only found this out when one of the players looked under a bench and a pillow latched on their face. Good times.

Miniature came out looking great, love the blue eyes. The idea of a Mimic as a toilet seat is legitimately terrifying and I would thus live in constant fear of you as a GM.
