Painting the Steering Wheel. . . Of the 86 Cutlass

Olds Guy's Garage: If you every found a steering wheel that was perfect for the interior of your can but was the wrong color this episode will help you out. In this episode I painted the steering wheel in the 86 Cutlass to spruce it up before the Power Tour. This video goes into detail on the prep, painting, and installation of your steering wheel. I did go to a local paint shop and had them custom mix a color for me out of a interior spraying system for max wear and durability.
Tools/Materials Needed:
Steering wheel removal tool.
pliers
flat head screw driver
13/16 socket
3/8 socket wrench
masking tape
your interior paint of choice
windex or similar
gray scotch brite pad
gloves
lacquer thinner

Love the Oldsmobile interior you have a nice olds collection nits great to see your keeping those Oldsmobiles alive there not so common like for or chevy my dad purchased one new in 1985 his was the Brougham cutlass supreme he always like Oldsmobile because they were classy cars love your vids
