Excited to see more from Paizo and BKOM. Really enjoyed the playstyle with Tales from Candlekeep: Tomb of Annhilation (thankfully I already have it in my Steam Library). Really hope for some development of StarFinder Video Games!

I desperately hope this is their method of 'apology' for the hype train when Owlcat said they were working on a scifi game and everyone assumed/hoped it was Starfinder. I'm super hyped for Rogue Trader don't get me wrong, but the sheer blue-ball from not getting a Starfinder title still hurts T_T Fingers crossed this is the SF CRPG a lot of us hoped Rogue Trader was in those early days.

@@TheMapleTable 100% would preorder that game even it was bad, just to show support and express there is an audience for it lol. SO..... PAIZO if you are listening, most of us will give ya a free pass one bad Starfinder game to get your "sea legs" lol. I still think they could make a show as well. If it had like a "firefly" meets "Mass Effect" vibe. I mean Star Trek ran for decades. Also if they did make a show, not to get all political, but you could literally make that the most diverse casting show in America, and the fans wouldnt be upset. They literally have everything in SF, every lifestyle you can think of at the moment, can be represented in SF without changing the lore at all. So its kind of the safest genre for "modern" casting. All the pieces are there.

While I would prefer Starfinder I do look forward to what they make. Owlcat games made two excellent Pathfinder games so they have quite the shadow before them.

As someone who is replaying solasta for the third time just because I like ttrpg built games I will absolutely buy this immediately, if it was starfinder I would buy the highest level of pre-order lol Also it's good to see our Canadian brothers getting some work lol

I was hoping for Larian Studios, but hope this BKOM group will do Paizo proud. Their art looks a bit cartoony from what you showed. I just hope there aren't any loot boxes! I doubt Paizo would be into that with all the controversy. If they get it right or wrong I'm sure it will put BKOM on the map, hopefully in a good light.

hey maple got a question for you, do vampires keep growing stronger as they grow older ? or is there a limit where you have to drink other vampires blood to keep growing stronger?

It can depend on the folklore. In WoD its not necessarily about how old you are its what generation you are. And through diablerie you can advance a "generation"

I hope the new games are good and not some gacha/microtransaction hellhole. The first two Pathfinder games by Owlcat were fantastic (they moved on to 40k and make a similar styled game now for 40k called Rogue Trader... which I am INSANELY stoked for as a 40k nut). I am just disappointed there is absolutely nothing for Starfinder😔

I'm slightly concerned about this, but Paizo does have a reputation for respecting the community and being choosy in who they work with. So I would hope they don't dive down that rabbit hole
