Keep doing the good work sir. Many viewers like me want to hear from someone in favour of buyers. Otherwise whole system of real estate is built in favour of builder or seller. All points covered are very true sir. That's why I could never book under construction or pre launch apartment. And yes all clauses are in favour of builder in the agreement. Most people don't read the print. They simply sign it. I did read it and decided against buying apartment once in Gurgaon. Considering these and many other issues, I decided to buy resell property with active RWA. Plus I could see ceiling height, floors, doors, sun, wind direction etc. Only negative is that I have to renovate bathrooms and kitchen area. My friend booked a apartment in Pune and after 8 years when she received it, it wasn't at all what was promised. So she was heart broken. Now she wants to sell it but is unable to sell.

Maine migsun mai flat liya hai , fullpayment kr diya or 45 days baad delivery thi toh dilivery k din kehte ki apki area jo ki open space hai wo increase ho gyi hai 545sft toh apko usko payment krni hogi tb flat milega, ab samjh nhi aa rha ky kru

sir maine resale property leli hay almost 30 lack ki noida sector 1 bisrakh me mujhe bad me pta chala ki hamare gaur city ke saamne 24 lacks 2bhk flats mil rhe the (dhundera nai basti silver homes me ) ,,, bahut dukh ho rha hay ... kya karu sir loss kaise recover karu .. aur aane wale time me noida bisrakh k rates badhenge ? ya maine jda badi galti kar di pls suggest

Sir ji maine Aig royal sec 1 me flat book karaya h..unhone pehle jo possession charges bataye te Lease rent power back up, infrastructure charges etc sab pr 18% gst laga dia jo ki flat book k tym me nahi bola ta mere puchne ka baad bi ..flat ki total costing me 80k or badh gye h or flat cancellation ki baat pr bolte h hum paisa wapis nahi krnge jo 7 lakh lia wo ...kyuki wo japt ho jata h 😢😢😢 ..builder buyer agreement bi sign nahi hua h
