Try 1000 years and have 100 more of this Nasim Zehra but still Kashmir will remain with India and if Modiji is there than the chances of loosing POK will be greater. Another good topic for another book.

In 1999, both india and Pakistan had a foreign exchange reserves of $1 Billion Both countries depended on IMF to balance its budget Vajpayee told this to Nawaz and that our nations must concentrate on improving the economy In 2023, pakistan still depends on IMF to balance its national budget But in 2023, india has a foreign exchange savings of $600 billion and in the top 5-economics in the world Kashmir special status was revoked and completely integrated into India Except pakistan, no one objected Pakistan should stop competing with India and work on getting better than Bangladesh or Afghanistan

Kargil adventure is a miscalculation by Pakistani army and a foolish idea encouraged by certain secret agencies to discourage India to go nuclear by giving parity to Pakistan with India. But it goes hapazard and lost it's intial intention.

Lol. yet again conflating Siachen & Kargil. Unlike Kargil where the LOC is clearly demarcated, the border just ends abruplty at the foot of Siachen. Hence, India considered it fair game and took over the territory before it became controversial.

A well structured discussion among well informed people. The anchor seems well read and students too seem to be well aware. Rare to be seen in these days, when they can openly question their establishments. As long as some Pak elements and Pak army, don't cause trouble to Indians, they don't care about them. As a result, Pak as a nation and Muslim extremists, will be irrelevant in Indian politics.

Does the military guy really believe that the elected prime minister ministers and cabinet ministers should have the understanding of reading tone contour maps (topographic maps) and isotherm maps and the seasonal rainfall maps of the border areas? Do the khakis understand the economic and social cost of wars - I have seen generals describing their success in terms of kill ratio in their “kinetic” engagements. They do not explicitly describe what the kill ratio is. I understand the loyalty for the uniform he wore. But then, courage Iis not only muscular. Real courage is intellectual honesty, particularly when looking back after 25 years of an unsuccessful war that changed the world opinion of Pakistan as a nation state. Now the entire world knows that the elected governments are only naam 1:27:05 -ke-vaaste, with the real puppeteers are the Rawalpindi khakis.

She is talking of bravery of pakistani troops, what about bravery of India troops who would keep climbing 90° cliffs under a hale of machine gun fire from pakistanis sitting on top and eventually dislodged them from tiger hills, tololing and many other peaks. When Nawaz Sharif was in meeting with Bill Clinton, American telivision channels were flashing Indian soldiers on top of tiger hills.

What I know that Pakistan always wished to do the same (or even bigger) action post-Siachen ( which was rejected by Zia considering the possibility of full-scale war at a time when Pakistan was already engaged in its western front). Kargil in general was a great strategic plan (as it could totally isolate not only Ladakh but supply line to Siachen). Then happened nuclear tests!!! Which certainly eliminated the possibility of full-scale war. SO the real plan was there to implement, for India PEACE and for Pak ..that awaited plan of Kargil..... but what if the sanctity/ fear ??? of full-scale war was violated??? First, it was not practically possible for India to reclaim Kargil ( as all of the Indian troupes were on open fields)so India had to open a new easier front AND THAN....the entire world would have celebrated the fight of two enemies brothers... there justification that Moron should not have Nuclear arsenals ( which was so fresh).

If you feel that your soldiers were brave in Kargil then please think about the Indian's who wrested back each and every occupied territory from a position where the enemy was stationed in a position of strength and they came from behind and routed them as usual!! Jai Hind

If this is the intelligence of a Pakistani foreign secretary, it explains a lot. He remembers 9/11, but doesn’t remember the attack on Indian parliament in December of the same year. He thinks it is cold blooded politics if India doesn’t engage in discussions with a country that uses state sponsored terrorism as a tool of its foreign policy. Also, the olive branch that was extended by PM Vajpayee was the most noble gesture in all of Pakistan’s existence. And you guys screwed the pooch on it. On top of it, inviting the Ass$ole responsible for Kargil to the Agra summit shows the big heart of Indian establishment. India doesn’t look at Pakistan as a competitor but just a nuisance we have to live with. I think this attitude is what irks Pakistanis the most.

Don't expect anything from these bunch of morons.... Pakistan was, is and will be an opportunist, cowardly, Islamist, visionless, beggar, ill-equipped, uneducated and or madressa taught, griddy, lawbreaking, dishonest country who have been only fortunate enough to have their separate land as their leaders desired at the time of partision in 1947....but if you look at it from the Indian perspective...Bharat..it has been proved to be very very fortunate enough as our great visionary leadership could envisage... Pakistan is suffering all kinds of evils, disease, problems because of the typical Muslim mindset. I have only one piece of advice for the people of Pakistan... just get rid of your Army and clear the debris of the miscarriage of the democracy from the soil and social structure of Pakistan and you will be fine. Kashmir is an apple 🍎... your army is showing to you as your golden future (to hide their true intentions to grab the power and selling the narrative that everything will be fine when you have Kashmir won and added in Pakistan) and you people have been foolishly sacrificeing you today's dal-chawal and roti...!! How an ostrich country you are.... can't you see that you people don't have any control over your Gaandu Fauz who is looting your future and resources just in the name of religion and so-called patriotism. 😊😊😊😊😊
