In this episode, we're serving up a delectable twist on a classic favorite - Jackfruit Biriyani. This vegetarian masterpiece is the perfect alternative to traditional Mutton Biriyani, and we can't wait to show you how it's done!

Jackfruit Biriyani - பலாப்பழ பிரியாணி
Ingredients
Refined Oil (சுத்திகரிக்கப்பட்ட எண்ணெய்) - 3 tbsp
Ghee (நெய்) - 3 tbsp
Cardamom (ஏலக்காய்) - 5 nos
Cinnamon (பட்டை) - 4 pieces
Cloves (கிராம்பு) - 4 pieces
Star Anise (நட்சத்திர சோம்பு) - 2 nos
Bay Leaves (பிரியாணி இலைகள்) - 2 nos
Black stone flower (கல்பாசி) - Few
Green Chilies (பச்சை மிளகாய்) - 3 nos
Big Onion (பெரிய வெங்காயம்) - 1 cup
Tomato (தக்காளி) - 3 nos
Spanish Onion (ஸ்பானிஷ் வெங்காயம்) - ½ cup
Ginger (இஞ்சி) - ½ cup
Garlic (பூண்டு) - ½ cup
Mint Leaves (புதினா இலைகள்) - few
Seeraga Samba Rice (சீரக சம்பா அரிசி) - 600 gms
Water (தண்ணீர்) - 750 ml
Curd (தயிர்) - 2 tbsp
Jackfruit (பலாக்காய்) - 1 nos
Turmeric powder (மஞ்சள் தூள்) - ½ tsp
Chilli powder (மிளகாய் தூள்) - ¼ tsp
Garam Masala (கரம் மசாலா) - ¼ tsp
Salt (உப்பு) - As per taste
Coriander leaves (கொத்தமல்லி இலைகள்) - few
Lemon (எலுமிச்சை) - 1 piece
Milk (பால்) - 50ml
Ghee (DHUM PROCESS) - 4 tbsp
While Boiling Jackfruit
Salt (உப்பு) - 2 tsp
Turmeric powder (மஞ்சள் தூள்) - 2 tsp
