Area Zero's theme has to be my favorite track in this game, it feels so alien, beautiful and at times even creepy. It feels more like a neir automata song than it does a pokemon song, but it still is probably one of the most epic tunes to come outa this game!

For me it´s the same case as with Ultra Megalopolis that this area is so intriguing but sadly there isn´t that much to discover. Maybe if there is gong to be DLC for Scarlet/Violet they could expand Area Zero a bit where you not only find new Paradox-Pokémon but also some more lore.

At least the place is more than just a glorified boss arena. There is stuff to poke around in and find. I for one am *very* interested in the ground markings in the little secret cave you can find Roaring Moon/Iron Valiant in, and what they could mean.

I wouldn’t compare Area Zero to Ultra Megalopolis tbh. Area Zero was huge and had a ton of places to explore, plot to gradually discover, and remnants of things to speculate about lore-wise. And also a lot of different and rare Pokémon to catch. You can also get respawned TMs for Tera Blast there. Ultra Megalopolis was just one straight hallway to Ultra Necrozma and that was it. Nothing to explore, just one small cool setpiece for one boss fight and you never visit it again.
