When you passed the electrical shop couple of units up there is a solicitors, English/ Spanish multi language speaking, I just thought you missed a very valuable place to mention as I'm sure there's plenty of people thinking of moving over and are quite put off with the procedures you have to go through, they are fantastic and very helpful as been on the island for so long, probably as NEARLY you guys. Not a criticism just useful knowledge in my opinion.

From a business perspective, it’s interesting some of the hotels and restaurants can close during the off season and still turn an annual profit, assuming they have to pay rent, insurance, utilities, etc during the off season when they’re closed - for 4 to 5 months I’m guessing?

@ I’m trying to think if I lived and worked there (at a hotel or restaurant), what would I do for income in the out-of-season months. I read salaries are very modest in Spain generally. I don’t know that I could save enough when working to my pay rent/food bills in the off season.
