Just as I thought during watching the video: foam is much better than water in many situations - isn't it? Just consider that it's used by fireunits on aerodromes and airports to put out burning kerosene and aluminium after fatal crash landings...

i wonder how much in fines that garbage dump / recycling plant had to pay for the apparent code & safety violations that led to the cause of that major fire. there was absolutely NO excuse for this. also, why was it allowed to get so bad to begin with? that begs an answer.
