You haven't seen results yet? Great, it means that your body needs more time to adapt to the workouts and exercises. Give yourself and body some extra time to adapt. Praise yourself and your body. Stop being to harsh on yourself. You are doing an amazing job. You are enough. You are trying your very best

If you can't do some of the workouts or exercises, that's fine. Over time you will become better and stronger. You will get used to the workouts. Just because you don't feel anymore the burn or you didn't sweat as much as you used to, it doesn't mean that you are not doing a good job or that you are not giving your 100%. Remember, sweat is not an indicator to how good or bad you have been working out. You are doing an amazing job keep it up. Don't give up

Even though these are a killer for your glutes, a workout alone wouldn't make any noticeable results if isn't combined with a structured diet aligned with your goals. You need quality nutrients in exact portions to make sure your body will regenerate all these damaged muscle tissues and not store unnecessary fat in the process. Занимаюсь 3 день по вашем видео. Скажу крепатура есть. Хоть у меня есть и пресс и все остальное так как я занимаюсь цирковым искусством. Буду продолжать в том же духе. I've been following you since quarantine from Argentina. I think this video is exactly what I needed since it has made my muscles sore again, in a good way. Sometimes when we keep doing the same we need some extra power to feel de job done. Same as de abs with bottle, that have me struggling. I would love a cardio with extra strength ! thanks for keeping us strong and fit. I have 4 kids and I feel better than before, or at least healthier. I try to make two or three each time, at least 5 times a week. It suits my busy schedule. Easy to make at home.

I don't own any weights so I chose the heaviest thing I could find in my kitchen. It was a pumpkin. I was sooo smug, so content that I found something easy to hold until side squats... Imagine holding a pumpkin between a cheek and an arm, not so comfy! 🤣
