I know you probably get messages like this every day but I have to say thank you so much and keep doing what you are doing!! You have changed so many peoples lifes and LITERALLY saved mine. I’ve lost almost 100lbs, avoided diabetes, and I am no longer in danger of having a heart attack. I’m only 25 and was at lowest point of my life. Then one random day your video popped up on my home page and because of the way you approach your videos it felt like you really believe in us, ordinary people. In the process I took diet from a website dietarize to further improve my meal planning... Pamela, you are amazing. Please never stop!! You are an inspiration to everyone who watches you, and keep the positive vibes coming!!

@@shuyavoxsfootstool7002 in my opinion, i agree with you😊 i wouldn’t recommend dieting if it’s really not necessary. However it has helped lots of people regardless of the majority struggling with dieting. All i can say is: try to make your diet as healthy as possible. don’t focus on eating ‘clean’ for a month or 2, this is a lifestyle. make healthier choices everyday, and then you will realise that something less nutritious is not a problem at all once in a while. don’t forget, in fact to anyone reading this, NO food is healthy. which means: NO food is unhealthy. It is the diet that’s what will be healthy. Someome who munches on carrots and kale for days, is far less healthy than someone who has a mcdonald burger every once in a while who has a very balanced diet overall! if say you want to cut out animal products due to ethical reasons, take it slow. eventually, your body can get used to it but it doesn’t change in one night! have fun, by the way: this is my own opinion. you can 100% disagree if you feel like that!!

VIDEO IDEA 💡💡💡💡💡 Pam you should do a video all about pushups and how to master them. Like the 8min splits one you did ! I think we all can agree whenever there is pushups or any exercise needing arms strength, it gets very challenging! 😭 and I often can even do them.. some abs,cardio even booty and legs workout I cannot do because my arms are so weak. I remember you showed on your insta story doing a series of pushups against the wall, that would be great along with some on the mat .. I know it would be more towards beginners but it will be a great way to learn and be able to do all workouts fully!! LIKE SO PAMELA CAN SEE IT!!! 👍👍👍

Don't try to force yourself to do it every day. Start with maybe 2 times a week, go to three. If you do more, great, but try to do at least 3. Don't have a lot of energy? Do an easy one. It's not about you getting ripped in a month, it's about getting used to a routine. And if you have a week where you can't do it, don't be too hard on yourself, just accept that you couldn't, and try again next week

Just a heads up, this does not increase boob size or give you a boob lift. The results might also look better on people with smaller boobs because you’ll be able to see the chest muscles more. If you have bigger/saggy boobs then they will stay that way because boobs are made of FAT. Also if you want actual results then hit chest twice a week. I’ve been lifting heavy for about a year, have average boobs, my chest became hard and toned but my boobs look exactly the same. I look good in a tank top tho so thats a plus.

Heather Robertson has many videos for upper body workouts with weights. Use the weights suitable for you and build up. It makes a big difference and toned chest can help you drop a cup size.

Wrong! I'm 34DD and dramatically altered the pertness of my breasts with exercise. True the breasts themselves are fat so cant change size but working muscles around them will give them a lift for sure. Do agree need to work chest out more often to see results though and using weights and resistance band for best results.

I’ll do many more but I’m stuck in week 85-90 injured of many hour exercises. I’m not doing any rn, but when I heal I’m still going to achieve my goal of 2 years, obviously not starting all out going amateur again then going in like a stair. Be safe and keep it up 👍 ur awesome. ✌️

okay, I don't ever comment I am among those people who actually like all the other comments lol. but today is an achievement. I haven't been able to do an actual workout and had taken loads of breaks since I came back to health from I won't say it for it can be really uhm triggering so yeah. I had been in a very bad state of mind, of health for good 3 months or so since I couldn't really push myself. But this month, I picked it all up and started everything from day 1. today marks the day when for the first time in my workout history have I not taken a single break in Pamela's workouts. And this might not be much but I used to fear her workouts because of the fact they had no breaks. but I had restarted my journey from her this time, and I never felt this accomplished before. never felt this strong to face the life ahead, to face any challenges. So thank you to Pamela and to all the other workout guru's and ever since I'm a regular participant for yoga as well, so all the yogi's online, Thank you so much. From the depth of my heart, thank you so much. Today's achievement: A proper burn workout for arm and back, 30 min intermediate yoga and 1 hr of cycling(which is a regular thing. none can stop that) I'm sorry for all the grammatical mistakes. English is MY FIRST LANGUAGE for all it matters but I tend to go with Newton's first law of motion more. "A object at rest remains at rest, until being applied from an external force" which ain't case for me so I'm signing out~
