This Video footage was recorded on a helmet cam whilst riding on a tour from the UK to China.
The footage gives images of life events and scenery along the Pamir Highway, Tajikistan (Silk Road route) with Afghanistan across the other side of the Panj River, Asia.
The Pamir Highway is in fact 1200 km in length splitting Afghanistan and Tajikistan in the Wakhan Valley where this clip was filmed.
Most of the roads in this valley are loose or poor condition like you see in the video with random herds of animals across the roadway.
The Pamir Highway is the second highest vehicle route in the World.

Hi there, thanks for watching the video. The Pamir Highway is in fact 1200 km in length running along the Panj River splitting Afghanistan and Tajikistan in this clip I'm riding through the Wakhan Valley.
