Pandan Leaf Chicken Recipe:-
Main Ingredients:-
Chicken Drumettes (12pcs)
Pandan Leaves (12pcs size 5-6cm length)
Ingredient A:-
Coriander Roots (2 sprigs)
Lemongrass (2 Stalks)
Ginger (3 cm)
Garlic (50g)
Shallots (30g)
Seasonings:-
Oyster Sauce (1 tablespoon)
Turmeric Powder (1 teaspoon)
Fish Sauce (1 tablespoon)
Sugar (1 teaspoon)
Soy Sauce (2 tablespoons)
Few Dash of White Pepper
Corn Flour ( 2 tablespoons)
1) Chicken drumettes, use knife cut through skin surrounding the bone. Scrape down meat and push the meat down.
2) Mix paste with seasonings.
3) Add in chicken then corn flour.
4) Marinate drumettes for 1 hour.
5) Pandan Leaves cut into 5-6cm, clean and wipe dry.
6) Wrap each drumette in pandan leaf and secure with toothpick.
7) Heat oil for deep frying. Put in Drumettes and deep fry untill crisp.
8) Drain and set aside. Ready to serve.
