Paneer Lababdar is a rich and creamy Punjabi curry that can be found in most Indian restaurant menu. Soft and silky paneer cooked in a spicy tomato and cashew gravy. This restaurant style paneer lababdar goes amazing with butter naan or tandoori rotis.
Note: Spelling Mistake in Video "Maize" for "Mace".
Ingredients:
2 tsp Oil
1 Chopped Onion
For Gravy:
1 tbsp Butter
2 tsp Oil
5 Garlic Cloves
1/2 tsp Dry Fenugreek Leaves
6 Tomatoes
4-5 Kashmiri Red Chillies
1 tsp Melon Seeds
10-12 Cashews
Coriander Stems
Salt to Taste
1/2 tsp Red Chilly Powder
1/2 inch Ginger
2 Green Chillies
1/2 Cup Water
2 tsp Oil
1 Mace, 1 Black Cardamom, 2 Green Cardamom, 3 Cloves, 1 Star Anise, 4-5 Black Peppercorn, 1 Cinnamon Stick, 2 Bay Leafs
1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Red Chilly Powder
1 tsp Coriander Cumin Powder
1/4 tsp Kitchen King Masala
Water as Required
1/4 tsp Sugar
1 tbsp Fresh Cream
Salt to Taste
Hot Water
200 Grams Paneer
2 tbsp Grated Paneer
1 tsp Butter
Dry Fenugreek Leaves
