Panner is honestly one of my favourite dishes! Craving it right now as i'm typing this.. More south Asian dishes incoming which i can't wait to share with you guys :)).
Heres what you'll need:
Paneer 500g
Season the paneer with:
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp paprika
4 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp minced garlic.
For the masala:
3/4 medium sized onions
3 green chillis
3 tomatoes
2 bell peppers
3 tbsp fresh minced garlic
To the onions -
1 tbsp chilli flakes
Minced garlic
Salt (to your taste)
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tbsp garam masala
Follow by adding in the tomatoes and chillis and some hot water which will soften the tomatoes. Continue by adding in the chopped bell peppers.
Fry the paneer in some olive oil till nicely golden brown, add to the masala along with some butter and enjoy :).
