I think I should shift to these tapes. Currently using dymo for scrbing.

I started out with dymo and I feel people shouldn't be using dymo tape at all. They have terrible adhesion and often too stiff. These striped tapes are priced around the same and have this added advantage of easy alignment. Definitely get these !

Need some input please. I am starting to get more into scribing my kits and I have good equipment. Dspiae Push Broach with clamp handle. The issue I am having is that after scribing the lines look chewed up and choppy as hell. All the scribes are within the line and follow the pattern perfectly, however, the lines are looking really uneven especially along the edges.. I don't know if maybe I am using a broach that is too thick or too thin. Maybe all the inconsistency will go away after priming but I can keep getting these results and continuing. Any help is greatly appreciated?????

Sorry for the late reply. Did you give the surface some light sanding to even out the edges? To fully understand what you mean could you upload a pic to Imgur and share the link here?

@@GunplaNewbie No problem at all. I appreciate you taking the time to do so. Thanks to your help and, a few others, I think I have figured it out. It was a matter of me using too much pressure and not enough passes. Simply by decreasing the downward force and increasing the number of passes I was able to get far superior results. My guess is this is the single most common error newbies make when first trying to scribe. I'd bet most get discouraged from scribing in general due to this simple misunderstanding. I think stressing this on any "how to" video would be super helpful. I was lucky to have some help from the community. Thanks again. Keep on scribing !! (Just a little less forcefully).

Dude...no! Lol ...don't do that ..it's around 30++ RM if not mistaken...I don't often use it so I got a brandless one...let me know if you would like links to shopee or taobao
