Panic at Hove playground after pigeon culler with air rifle spotted | 7NEWS

A pigeon culler has caused panic among parents after pulling out a firearm and shooting birds only metres from a busy playground at Hove.
Police were called by a worried member of the public only to be told it is completely legal.
