Thank you for this video. Panic attacks and the fear of getting one, made me avoid nearly everything, until I lived in a very small prison cell. I am currently trying to stop avoiding and trusting in Jesus. It is hard, but it is worth it.

Best advice I can give you is that you ignore panic attack. Fear is fed by giving our attention. Avoiding fearful situations is also feeding fear.

Thank you Aaron for this. This was such a blessing. I have not had a Panic attack in a long time. I still from time to time deal with minor anxiety attacks. In the middle of the night I woke up. I tied to go back to sleep. And I had a really bad nocturnal panic attack. Those are the worse as no thoughts or anything else can think of that brought it on. In fact I usually dream every night, but noticed last night I had no dreams. I had to get out of bed and pray. And then had another one tonight (more minor) around dinner time for no reason. I really like what you had to say about God is watching over us that is so true. Something I need to focus on. I started to have anxiety that I may have another one. Thank you for the reminder to not fear these. You are so right that God can use these to help others or draw us closer to God. Thank you again, and just wanted to tell you this video while posted 11 months ago, was a big help for me today.

Had a major panic attack while high during a bad weed addiction last year. I'm now a year sober. I have pretty bad depersonalisation and panic attacks as a result, but I believe it was God that intended for it to happen so that I may be humbled and stop relying on worldly things to overcome my depression. God delivered me from weed and alcohol, and after a hospital trip last week due to yet another addiction - caffeine - I have also kicked that off too. Next up is smoking. God is great.

Keep strong brother, you are doing well. Key is to rely on the Lord and his strength and ability to help us, in his timing, and not our own. We are all in this fight together. I believe the Lord will help you and the rest of our brothers and sisters overcome all things. Be awake, spend more time in his word and allow the holy spirit to teach you. Your story is literally the same as mine! I never dealt with dp/Dr depression or anxiety until after a bad weed trip last year that ultimately caused me to quit it’s been a battle ever since now I’m addicted to cigarettes smh some days are better than others but I have yet to really feel myself again. some days I feel absolutely helpless I’m believing God has a plan and will make good out of the situation but i really wish all this would jus go away

Praying for others dealing with this. Effects my work and personal life for the last 9 years. Started when I was 21 and now I’m 30. I’ve missed out on so many things. God please deliver me. Give me the confidence and strength to face my fear

Be encouraged! This will pass! To those who are suffering and considering taking medication, please ask the Lord first. Medication can make things worse 😢 Years ago, I tried to escape the trial by taking an anti-anxiety medication only to become dependent on it. After an abrupt cessation, I suffered terrible illnesses for 3+ years as a result of the meds. Truly, the Lord will deliver you! But trying to escape the need to endure will only makes things worse. Remain steadfast in prayer and thanksgiving, especially during panic. Seek the Lord and you will find Him. He will deliver you in a little while.

I am thankful for this video..i had struggled with this last week but I called on the Name of Jesus and He gave me His Peace...and the Holy Spirit brought that verse to my mind..when the enemy comes in like a FLOOD the SPIRIT OF THE LORD WILL LIFT UP A STANDARD AGAINST HIM!

I always love your sweet presentation of Truth! However, I have issue with the idea that God won't give us more than we can bear. If God didn't give me something beyond my own capacity, I would keep looking to myself to solve my own needs and not surrender completely to Him. Vagus nerve and phrenic nerve. I like to go down the list when being attacked/experiencing anxiety or panic (God healed and delivered me). I speak to my spirit, I rebuke fear and than I like to also take care of the physical body. There are certain things to review when it comes to your physical body, be mindful of the food, you eat, exercising, I also added the two names of the nerves that I listed in the beginning of my comments for anyone to review.

Praying for everyone going through this. I actually found this channel unintentionally because I have praying for someone going through this. His name is Han Jisung and he has been suffering lately.
