Hey bro. I really needed to thank you for the videos. I stopped rollerblading in 2007 when I was 20 years old, today at 37, I'm returning, and your videos are helping me a lot to recover the lost bases. Man, thank you very much. Oh, I'm from Brazil!!

I've been re-watching your videos since this came out. Can't wait to start skating again once these damn ribs and ankle heal. Great to see you making videos again and happy to see you uninjured. Stay steezy brother.

Hi, it was great to see your new video again. Just recently came by and wondered where you disappeared to. Thank you for the video! I myself temporarily missed the season due to a knee and ankle injury. Greetings from Russia!

I have been dealing with chronic back pain and nagging injuries this past season. Chose to pull back for this year but still find my self skating weekly. Hope you heal up well and get back on the wheels soon!

I really wanna get into blading, but I never rollerbladed before. Skateboarding was just natural to me when I tried it, but I used my brothers board before I got my own. Wish I could try it at least before I spend a ton on skates.

This could be a very good idea for future videos if you don’t already have one up, but I need some advice. Been skating for a short while and have been progressing incredibly fast, but there are certain tricks that I can’t do or require over exaggerated posture to compensate because of my ‘’duck feet.’’ Any advice for skaters with these type of barriers? I can hit acids better than some of the ogs which I guess is a pro but have trouble doing souls or anything that requires a huge deal inward toe placement. Need help, if you know any exercises or tips, anything.
@acostablades8138 Жыл бұрын
External rotation of feet is getting pretty normal these days. Id suggest getting into kettlebells and club workouts. They make you stay in feet forward position during the exercises and this could help you straighten out your structure. I’d also suggest stretching, sit on the ground and extend your legs out. With your right hand grab left out side edge of foot, raise the left foot off the ground and pull toes towards right leg, take left arm and twist away from feet toward left repeat on both sides. This stretch helped me unlock switch shoulder. I had a similar problem on my left side. Best of luck!

@@acostablades8138 I am so grateful for you taking the time out and helping me with this issue of mine. This wisdom is so huge!! I know I may be asking for a lot here but do you by any chance have an instagram? Is it possible for you to send a picture or a short video of you doing this stretch? I really wanna make sure I’m doing the stretch properly so I can fully maximize it. It that wouldn’t be to much I’d highly appreciate it if you could Ascota🙏🙏 this can really be a game changer for me…
