Nice vid. You stressed the importance of not refocusing, but I think it also needs to stressed that the metering should also be locked if you're not in manual, since exposure changes are just as detrimental as focus changes when it comes to stitching a pano that looks good. Most cameras have a metering lock button but few people use it even though many shoot in shutter or aperture priority rather than manual when it comes to dogos. I like your idea of a pano as a situation saver when you're just not quite set up right but the moment happens anyway.
