We got a whole royal family for that. Phil didn’t mention any of his hobbies at the gig. It is disappointing he’sa white supremacist and I’d like that to change. I still love their music. I’m not so sure about Queens of the Stone Age though and I also love their music but I mostly went to see Biohazard instead because Josh Homme turned to the dark side then used cancer as an excuse.

Saw Pantera live in Seattle in 1997 at the Mercer arena. They came out of the dark with flashlights and just started saying "I want a mosh pit over there, I want a mosh pit over there." The guys in the crowd told the girls to head to the outer edges of the crowd near the walls. When they started jamming the Marshall stacks were insanely loud and I felt this pressure from all the people behind me. Someone fell down and people quickly picked them back up so they wouldn't get trampled. My ears rang for a day after the show. INSANE.

Yeah looks & sound great but playing way to slow' Plus there stage amps look like Fake ! wooden back drops what the hell is going on with Metal these days
@DamnedIntrovert6 ай бұрын
'What's going on in Metal today?' Well, a number of things. The cost of transporting heavy and large tube amplifiers is too prohibitive nowadays. Most top-tier bands are using amp modelers that go direct to front of house PA, by comparison they are small and light, which makes it far cheaper to transport them. Meaning, that bands no longer use actual amplifiers on stage because it costs too much to do so. Performers are sent their audio wirelessly, through in-ear monitors. I do get what you mean though, it can look quite cartoonish seeing a wall of Marshall cut-outs, but, times move on due to necessity.
@sabs19706 ай бұрын
@@DamnedIntrovert yes i get some of you points sure thing but those amps look so Dam Fake ! i am so pleased i seen them back in the day 1992 ,94 , & finally 1998 so i am all good
@mikehardy19126 ай бұрын
Stage Amps are fake as most bands these days will either use modeler Amps or isolate the Amps and Cabinets under the stage in a tour case with sound proof material inside with a microphone. Technology has changed to the point we're the Amps and Cabinets are no longer required on stage due to in ear monitors and the use of the fractual modeler. If you notice Zakk doesn't use a pedal board as all his effects are pre lopped into a fractual modeler with his tech hitting the buttons off stage. There is a video of Scott Ian from Anthrax working Zakks wah pedal off stage from a show in South America late last year.
