I seriously enjoyed watching every moment of this video. I found it so helpful and took notes. I would love to see another video, with more to share about different items that you love and sharing even more about what’s in the pantry. I could watch this for an hour. Thanks so much Bobby for all you do. It is greatly appreciated as I have learned so much and I’ve been able to share what I have learned with my family.

Luckily we don't really snack. When we do it is red an white radishes fruit an veggies an popcorn. My mom was raised in the war so they hardly had food. We were raised on three meals a day an fruit after school. German food is very strict on ingredients. They are usually healthy. Even beer has to be organic now because of round up.
@c.v.yardley2 жыл бұрын
We're not ones for between-meal snacking much either, so the amount of snacks Bobby has in his pantry would probably last us for years 😅 As you say, Germany (and the EU) are strict about the ingredients in foodstuffs, but that doesn't make it all healthy. The sections for sweets, chocolate, crisps and cookies etc in the supermarkets are HUGE - it's crazy!

I love your pantry and would like to do my shopping there! I love watching your videos and I take notes but when I get to the store I have a hard time finding the products. It would be super helpful to have a grocery list with photos of your favorite products and where to buy them. Just a suggestion. We have been eating "Bobby Approved" for two weeks now and we love it! Even my super picky "meat and potatoes only" husband is enjoying trying new, healthier foods. Thanks, Bobby!!!!

Keto Wine 😆 All alcohol is the byproduct of fermentation .. a process by which yeast convert sugar into alcohol. Alcohol, is by definition, a mycotoxin. Any alcohol, whether it is in the form of spirits, wine or beer, is a byproduct of yeast!
@cherrywells232 жыл бұрын
This. Also most countries aren’t allowed to add sugar , or dose wine is what we call it during the winemaking process. The only time we add sugar is to sparkling wines here in California. The grapes themselves, especially red varietals, have so much sugar on their own.

Hi Bobby, can you do a video on food storage? Preferably baby food pouches / plates like silicone stuff etc. all my cookware is non toxic (le creuset) and the lunch boxes & my storage containers in my pantry are made of glass. As for baby storage to freeze in molds I see there a lot of ‘fake’ silicones out there. Also I was looking into the hakka trustable food pouches to make my own food. Your thoughts? Thanks so much!

I fail to see how a boat-load of packaged, processed, designer snack foods is health promoting, when other experts say we should only eat several healthy cooked meals a day, and avoid snacking altogether. And if we must snack, it should be fresh fruit, raw nuts, seeds, etc. To avoid temptation, it’s best to not have those types of food stuffs in our pantry at all, especially not enough to feed a small school. That said, I truly do appreciate that the channel raises awareness, reading labels and avoiding bad ingredients. Thank you for that and keep it up!
