At this point I think it's not so much that he's so disabled that he CAN'T get a job, but he's so prideful he doesn't want to work a fast food job, or a car wash, or Game Stop, etc. because he's the famous KZbinr who's too good for something like that. That's why whenever you see someone present him an opportunity he's always hesitant to find a way around any of the potential barriers to entry.

His “disability” isn’t result anyway. It can be reversed within 6 months of disciplined diet and exercise. He could also easily reverse diabetes. The truth is he LOVES to be able to say “I’m disabled”…he’s like a person with munchhousen syndrome or whatever it’s called…he loves being the vcitim so much and wants to seem sickly and disabled.

Perhaps Caleb didn't go as hard on Boogie as he does on other people (Caleb had just met), as he may have known that Boogie was just there for the attention, and since Boogie has been bringing the views, Caleb said yes. And perhaps Caleb didn't want to invest more energy on Boogie, as Boogie has a record of failing to follow through. (Not to mention Boogie has been very public about his health and maybe that's another reason)

I've overcome all of this this through hard work and fighting daily battles.
