Back when I lived in Georgia, we had a Bigfoot that would come by and chase off the bobcats. We lived a little bit up a mountain at the time, so we were no stranger to weird noises. What I did not expect was that Bigfoot expected to be paid for his services. It started off with small stuff. He dug up some veggies I had been growin', rooted through the garbage. At first I thought it was just raccoons or whatever. However, one night I'm on my porch and I'm having a beer when all of a sudden, Bigfoot pimp strides out of the forest and throws some hand signals. I was too scared to take a photo but I'm pretty sure he was throwing up the Crips sign. Anyway, He walks right up to me and takes my beer, chugs it in one go, then spikes the empty can on the ground. The Bigfoot burped and then left without anything else. Since then I've been leaving beers on my porch and they keep vanishing. Anyway, that's my encounter story. I'm pretty sure it wasn't a gorilla because he was flashing the Crips sign.

I remember, in elementary school, when I would check out books about cryptids. Most often, Nessie and Bigfoot. It was great imagining the unkown and how these creatures could exist. 20 years later, I turn on the history channel. Where, I see a man saying that bigfoot uses their electromagnetic properties to acces folds in spacetime where they can teleport. That, obviously, explains why all of the footage is fuzzy and how such a large creature could dissappear so quick. Thought I was high but googled it later and apparently they've really jumped the shark.
@Vespyr_ Жыл бұрын
That's just a fringe canon. Not all people who follow cryptids feel the same way about their origins. It's far more common that it is believed simply that bigfoot knows cave systems. Most places in the pacific northwest have caves, they are very common and not all of them are mapped since there are simply so many. The cascade woods in the pacific northwest all the way into canada are still very much unexplored. There are areas natives have long known of, and there are reasons why we never settled into those places despite them being fertile land.

Story time: In september of 2023, my significant other and I live in a town that absolutely loves bigfoot (What small rural American town doesn't?). My town holds a yearly bigfoot festival and for this year's event my partner and I thought it'd be funny to take a gummy and laugh there. We got tickets and we found out this British bloke who was a "world-renowned bigfoot hunter" was holding a presentation. Not only did this man say there were Dinosaurs in the Congo, but said he had seen and almost was killed by Nessie. Well, durring his presentation about bigfoot there was almost no mention of the creature in his four hours of yapping. He said "I was in peril and almost died (insert place" almost five different times and never elaborated. My girlfriend and I were laughing the whole time, but everyone else stayed and were glaring at us lol. With them being so serious about bigfoot at the end only key events that happend were a question by this one lady who asked the speaker" Uhmm, do you know in what way and how bigfoot interacts with water????" and a guy who was pulled out of the room because the cops came for leaving his chihuahua in the car. The dog we found out was keeled over half dead because the guy thought the bigfoot speach was more important. Rural America can be the shitshow you think it is, especially in the midwest.

As much as I love Big Foot and Mothman, if there is any real cryptid I hope in my heart it's the Fresno Nightcrawler. Not because it's any more compelling than the other cryptids, but because it would be SO FUNNY lmao. I love them, they're just little pants that walk. Such a good creature 10/10 every time I see pictures or videos of them I just start giggling in joy.

I don't know man. There are 24 different Native American names for bigfoot. They weren't looking for clout and they've always said if you see one, leave it alone. I would like to think bigfoot is real.

I learned a fact about Mormons in a pharmacology book, in the 1800s they made a tea called Mormon tea from a local plant that produced Ephedrine to not consume coffee, its actually the plant we discovered the drug from, they were all getting yacked on ephedrine in the 1800s in Utah

Aw man, the clipper mills audio still creeps me out. It's not some silly guy in a suit. I've always been able to tell which critter makes what sound, Foxes, coyotes, birds, even the mountain lions that sound like screaming women. I still don't know what the hell made those sounds in the clipper mills vid.

If you know their mating patterns wouldn't you know where they frequent. Like idk one of them was probably half samsquanch. Fuckin bubba, creature, idk some weird ass name

Okay, as someone that has been a part of jersey for years now, the jersey devil is complete malarkey. I've never known anyone to go to the pine barrens and see or hear anything even close to the jersey devil. We do have really weird and creepy stuff happening at night though. Stuff that I can't explain, like hearing my brother's voice coming from my side door at 6:30am. We knew he was upstairs still passed out so we have no idea what it could have been. I know this wasn't just me either because I had my mom with me in the kitchen when we heard this.
@GnohmPolaeon.B.OniShartz Жыл бұрын
The devil sightings stopped pretty abruptly and I have it on good authority that we weren't all trying to prove it or find it for science. We legit just wanted it gone. So rest assured if it was there and someone like me found it, you wouldn't know. I set it on fire and poured the ashes into the blue hole.

Mind you its obviously cgi......my dad legit thought that was real. I argued with him for 2 days. Some people in the big foot hunting community are actually hunting big foot. Like after a body kind of hunting. Makes pulling big foot pranks a little more risky. What I'm really waiting for is something like the alien autopsy video from way back. That would make cinematic history right there.
