Hi Gayle. A good way to glue down mixed media projects is with a bag of rice. It conforms to whatever is under it and holds it down while it dries. Something I learned in an online class and worth passing on. :)

Hi Gayle! So! I started to watch this last night, but fell asleep...ummm, twice! Not that you were boring, but just one day of school and I was exhausted. I also tried to writing something and for some reason, I hit something and it was all gone! So, I gave up and went to bed. And the second day, today, was even busier, but I'm gonna make it through this time! Everything is lookin' so pretty. I'm really curious as to what the braille says. And you think like me...I wouldn't like it too bright, either. Bring on the grunge! Have a good rest of your night, Gayle! God Bless.

Oh Gayle..... many comments have already mentioned what a trooper you are and i have to agree! i know this video was made days ago, but i sure hope your feeling under the weather passed quickly my friend. i'm working on a small 3 ring binder/journal atm and am getting some alot of inspiration from watching you make this one-thank you! i think i mentioned a Fabritac "tip" i saw recently to help prevent those "spider web strings". the person said to smear a little vaseline or even chapstick (designated to the craft room of course) around the tip of the bottle. i haven't tried it yet so no idea how it works. beeeee good to yourself 💕💐😉

The flowers on your tag reminded me of Lady's Thumb or Smartweed. It grows abundantly here where the rabbits hang out. Sorry you're not feeling well. I always keep ginger ale in the house for nausea. It works for me. I've heard you say many times you couldn't sleep. When I used to have that problem, I would watch Mother Mary Angelica on TV. She was on late at night. After 5 minutes; I was out cold, probably because I'm not Catholic. You can still watch her on EWTN on KZbin. I figured if I couldn't sleep; at least I was learning something. I hope this idea works for you as a drug free sleeping aid.

Hi, Gayle. It's really interesting to watch you work on this type of journal. I was amazed at how many layers you put on the cover. It looks great! I was wondering what kind of hole punch you're using for your pocket notches. I didn't see it on your Favorite Things page. I have a 2" lever punch that doesn't work right, so I need something else. Thanks.
@gayleagostinelli_ct5 жыл бұрын
Hi Charlotte! I’m not sure I understand on “pocket notches”. But I’m just using a regular old hole punch from the office supply store to punch the holes along the cover and pages. Let me know if I haven’t understood your question correctly. 😁❤️

@@gayleagostinelli_ct I'm talking about the circle punch you use, to put a half-circle in the edge of a pocket, to make it easier to get cards in & out. Sorry I wasn't clear.
