🍟 As a Grandma to an Autistic Granddaughter and a Down Syndrome Granddaughter this struck a very deep chord for me. My Autistic sweetie was recently 'expelled' from her Homeschooling program because she had missed too many days. Her Mom was going through breast cancer surgery & chemo, so yes she missed some days - but still managed to get all A's. Life sucks sometimes. This song and video speaks volumes for those who can't! Thank all of you - it's a real gift. 🍟💖

A little piece of advice I will give you with the homeschool situation, get a doctor involved and have them write a note saying that is the education style she needs. We had to do that with our son last year. Then they have no legal grounds to go against what are esentially doctors orders, and actually by federal law they have to accommodate her educational needs.

Everyone should work with a organisation for a month and you will find out what wonderful people they all are, and how selfish you are.

This is a really great song and so happy to see the guys with Mark Wills and the kids. I spent a lot of years with the children who were special needs while I drove the school bus. We didn't have monitors on the bus, until much later. But I had a blast with those kids. From Elementary to High School. Some days were hard because one or two weren't feeling very well. But I sang goofy songs to them and they loved the fun. Most of them liked the song about a roach, I made up all kinds of things. One of the worst kids in the elementary school was one of my favorites. He was the only walk on student and would do all he could to help me put the others in their places on the bus. A great kid who didn't get along well at school. One day I was dropping kids off in an area that I could stop for a bit because there wasn't any traffic. That boy drove up and ran to the bus and banged on the door. Took about 5 minutes to let me know he had married and had a little boy. All was good. I couldn't have been happier for him and me getting to see him again. Sorry for taking up so much time. It just takes a smile and kindness for people who really need it.

I knew this one would get you lol. Don't feel bad, it got everybody. I think being bullied as a kid is why this song always got to me. Like you starting this channel my self esteem is why it took me so long to put my book on Amazon even though I've been writing since sixth grade. I think this video is perfect for anti-bullying. My first thought about the boys was they were stealing his lunch because they were hungry otherwise they would have just stepped on it when it hit the ground rather than taking it with them. Maybe it's because I always looked for the motive behind the bullying. Great reaction! I counted the headphones coming off at least 4 times.

A beautiful collaboration. Mark Wills is a great singer. And then my favorite group Home Free in the background sounds fabulous. A beautiful song and video with a sad subject and important message. I know what bullying is. Not by children, but by the teachers. My father taught me never to show your weakness. So I didn't tell anyone. I let it go and thought I could handle it. But I developed a fear of failure and inferiority complex about it. Fortunately, I had and have very dear family and friends around me, who unconsciously dragged me through it. It was only when I was 57 years old that I went to therapy for it. It's so good that it's getting attention. Because bullying has to end. Think about what you're doing to someone like that.

Wow, this video really got to me too! I will never understand how anyone can take pleasure from someone else's pain. Especially those that pick on mentally challenged or handicapped people, that is just beyond cruel. This kind of thing is often taught at home by the parents, children will imitate what their parents do and how they act towards other people. Hate is a very powerful thing for sure but I will always believe that love and kindness are the strongest emotions and always have been. I enjoy your reactions, you seem to wear your emotions on your sleeve as they say.
