I love my 2017 Mk3 RS more and more as a daily driver. Shell-seats and Yokohama Advan AD08RS so I'm ready for trackdays as well :)

Daily drive mine, yes fuel light issue for me as well, I also have the DSC sport controller fitted so ride is pretty good for me, but do prefer the normal seats for daily driving

Excellent review but having issues with the fuel light being on, all the time even though looks like you’ve got enough. Otherwise still excellent review.

Excellent review . There isn’t any Rev matching just have to be a good driver . She’ll seats are a must in my opinion and a decent cat back exhaust . Next time try the launch control 👍🏻

glad i wasn't just being stupid then. Can't launch it as it's for sale but i'm sure it's amazing.

It got rev-matching on upshifts,but you need to heel-toe on downshifts

Change the 19 inch shells out for 18 inch and the ride is much better.

Good video, I'm thinking of getting one. I currently have Ford Fiesta St-3. One day, I'll upgrade to the Rs. [My fiesta is a rough ride]

Me neither I'd love to upgrade to that I've only got the ecboost on saying that I've had it five years trouble free touch wood.

Interested to know why you chose a Leon cupra for yourself.
@ParagonCarsLondon3 жыл бұрын
Was more fun than the golf r for me whilst still being a good daily. The focus rs whilst perfectly usable as a daily, is much better if you live away from a city. Sadly, i do not haha.

@@ParagonCarsLondon and how does the 335d you reviewed compare with the cupra for fun? Does the higher diesel torque give more real world speed? Thanks
@ParagonCarsLondon3 жыл бұрын
@@harrynixon1919 if both are in comfort then the 335d responds quicker in most cases, good for lane changes etc. The major difference is when your in the sportiest setting. The cupra is a fair bit quicker then. For everyday driving the 335d is better i'd say

The problem people have with Automatic Start/Stop has nothing to do with fuel economy and everything to do with the unnecessary engine wear that occurs from frequently turning off and on the engine. It's a terrible feature with regards to engine longevity and should've been defaulted to "off" on startup.

Worst hot hatch out of them all.

@@lostxplorer well when you pitch it up against that competition, I can see it just about holding its own.

Just out of interest mate,, what is it that you don't like about them? For a small.car it's my second favorite after the BMW M2, which obviously isn't a hatch but it's compact and rapid! I've personally loved fast Fords since my first car, an XR2 in 1995.
@incognito967 ай бұрын
@@rjim1 the engines are made of chocolate, can't handle a lot of power, issues with gaskets, and they look cheesy. Out of the hot hatches it competes against, they are rubbish. The MK2 is a better car.
@rjim17 ай бұрын
@@incognito96 I get you. I fully agree that the mk2 is a much better car but sadly the price reflects that. Sounds so much better too.
