Guys, I know it would be amazing to have some of these legendary anime songs be displayed during the 2020 games, but stop acting like you're "disappointed" over not hearing kanada's theme/cruel angel thesis/etc. I'd love for the organizers to incorporate them as well, but what they've chosen is a super beautiful song to pay tribute to their culture, and hopefully bring the old and new generations of japan together. They likely don't care about anime as much as us international fans do, so please try to understand that and respect their choices of how they want to present the games.
