Jonna, i usually just watch and don't comment but i once have to tell you about the little light you brought back to my life. I went through many years of child abuse as a kid, and i survived more than i lived. I am in my early thirties now and this still affects me so much. I don't want to talk negative about any kind of therapy (i surely took profit out of it, to learn how not to give up) but no therapy so far could give me the feeling that i first felt after a long long time when i started watching your videos: a feeling that life can be beautiful and joyful, a glimpse of hope to feel free one day, it really lifts me up. I didn't even know such feelings are still there somewhere inside me. Thank you so much for bringing them up again, i start to feel like i can create the rest of my life as i wish it to be, no matter how shitty the start of it was. Thank you from my heart, beautiful person!

Hi, can you tell me, from which country you are? There are SHT Mastercoaches and they can eliminate traumas within short time. Sometimes its even possible to get the trauma away in some minutes. You can also learn this technique, so that you can do it by yourself every day. These SHT mastercoaches are in germany, austria and switzerland. Some are also in other countrys, but till now, there are not so much in other countrys. The man who teaches the peoples, he is a german and he was suffering all his life under many deaseses. The doctors said, when he was about 20 years old, that he will not become older than 30 or 40 years. Nowadays he is more than 50 years and he is absolutly healthy and so much happy. That was possible with all the wonderful healing methods, which he learned all around the world. Esspecially the trauma technique to remove traumas is very effective. I wish you all the best, Greetings from germany

Darling Jonna! Thank you very much for sharing this incredible nature of Sweden with us 😊 I have a sleep paralysis too and also from the age of 16! It happens because during sleep your soul flies out through the lower energy centres. Hallucinations and creatures, that you have been seeing - there are creatures from the astral world. Their task - take your energy through fear, that's why you're so scared... Contact with your angels! Imagine, how they surround you with love and light. Contact with your ancestors, especially you talk about them so often😊 Good luck, beautiful soul❤❤❤

So please, do a video about it, I would love to know more about your experiences.♥️

I have had sleep paralysis for at least 20 years and the best way is not to resist it, the trick is to face the fear and you will realize that nothing bad can happen to you, you can actually relax and enjoy it. It's quite interesting, I replaced my fear with my natural curiosity and it actually helped a lot.

the hallucination is the worst part of it. I'm aware not everyone who lives with this sleeping disorders has experienced it, but for me is like going inside some scary movie or so. I think for us, over the years, it gets easier to get out a bad episode of SP. What works for me is to focus all my energy on my hand's pinky finger, i try to move it somehow, so eventually my body starts to recover it's control

One of my biggest fears is getting a sleep paralysis, becouse I'm already scaring myself with my imagination, hallucinations would be horrible.
@Natvaesen4 жыл бұрын
I think, for me, resisting the paralysis is more about resisting being "captured". It's as if you are held captive and can't move. And you don't know why you are captured or by whom exactly. It's the "not knowing"-part. What if giving in is a trap?! :P That's how I always feel. But it's very interesting to know that it maybe doesn't have to be all bad..?

Having the same happening too from a young age and am very spiritual. This spirituality has been the trick for me to help me out when its happening. I have found that prayers (to Jesus and His angels) are working very good and the Spirit of Christ also has been giving me advices to help me out. He said things like, set intention to be in a state of light and love while sleeping. This will protect, so the darkness can't attack. He also ensured me that I'm always the one with the most power and always can cast away anything dark out of His name even if I just think of Him. This really has been changing alot of these scary experiences. I feel much more empowered now. Give it a try, He really is a great and loving Spirit to all and is very experienced with the work needed in all the other dimensions.🙏🏻💚 and ofcourse I would love to hear more about this topic too. This reminded me of "flying lessons" I use to have when I would sleep at night when I was young. "Something" was teaching me how to fly by using the strength of my will. The memory of my flying dreams was triggered when you said something in the video like "I have to have all of me (present) to exit the paralysis." In my flying dreams, I would learn how to do exactly that. I would escape something dangerous by willing myself into flight and in the dream, I was *actually* flying. I would just clear the treetops and then learn how to find more will to get higher and sustain the flight and really lose myself in the joy and beauty of it. I think it was a pretty profound spiritual teaching; that is, how to use our will to surpass our limitations. Anyway, please do share more about your dreams and OBEs if you feel comfortable doing so. As always, it is a joy to share your adventures with you. Much love to you, Jonna!

I often dream of similar things. For example I have a group of people who don't want to do me good. So in that situation I would love to escape. All of the sudden I'm like able to fly above them and away through the buildings and/or surroundings. It was almost more like swimming, rather than flying. So weird.. It's like an escape machnism (?). But I was never really paralysed during my "dreams". There was a time where I felt that in my new house there was some strange energy. I heard like a swinging highpitched beeep in the very far distance.. It came and went how It wanted. That felt like someone was coming to be present, since I almost always feel it, and then " it" left again.. In those nights I most of the time had ghost like dreams. Coming into a room and suddenly I'm being blocked by an invisible wall, or being moved/pulled/dragged by an invisible being. Or things flying randomly.. Or like hovering . Those dreams are horrible. Most of the time I have one person in my dreams that I would try to tell what's happening and they (whoever it was) would NEVER believe me. That made all of that so hard. My boyfriend caught me like "screaming" in silence or just like making tiny noises while sleeping.. Those were those nights. So horrible. Sorry for the long text.. Greetings from Germany

I would love to hear about your experiences of sleeping paralysis! I’ve felt something similar to it. I used to wake up in the middle of the night, so many nights, always looking at a specific spot in my room not knowing it was a part of my room. I could stare at the spot for like 3min being afraid and thinking “where am I?!?!”, before I realized I was home and then I slowly woke up completely, this only happened in the same house. When I moved it stopped 🧐

nevnarien maybe it had something do do with the bed you were sleeping on? like you couldn’t sleep well or get into a deep enough sleep
@nevnarien4 жыл бұрын
@@PostPanda56 I had the same bed for years :) But I think it had to do with the room. I had a big opening out to the rest of the house (a tiny one room house) and thats the spot I always stared at. I've had sleep paralysis... it seems to happen when I've been awake for too long... I heard you mention you didn't want to sleep during the summer... because you might miss something. And, you drove all those kilometers with little sleep. your body needs time to rest...
@anderspersson70844 жыл бұрын
It happened to me when I was between 20-35 many times, I wonder if other like me actually was doing some sleepwalking as a very young kid but stopped somewhere arround 4-5 years of age, after that it became only sleeptalking, further down in time I even started to censor part of the talking by mumbling, many times when people who listened to my sleeptalking (like girlfriends) because I actually left out the parts they were most interrested to hear and some did complain because I didn't give away the secret words. But between 20-35 Isometimes I got in that xtra dimension Jonna talked about here and she was pretty accurate when the said don't open your eyes, I don't know if we open our eyes when we do it or if it's part of the "spiritual mental state" that make us belive we do, I had one really terrifying experience that I still sometimes wonder if it happened. I had moved a couple months earlier from a rural place that is maybe 200 km south from where Jonna lives now and moved to Stockholm to go a school, the school was in the central of Stockholm but I rented a small guesthouse 35 km outside on a Island in the lake Mälaren it was the end off that road so the last 500-600 meters had a carferry that travelled 2 times per hour from 4.30 in the morning to 23.00 in the evening and the rest of the time you could call them and they started the ferry. I rented the house from an older sister of a classmate in school, I did that because I also worked extra on nights at a burning home for elderly with a specific intellectual disability (some call it crazy genious people) they were smart but in some ways they wasn't able to take care if their own lifes even if they showed signs of being geniouses in other areas. But back in the house I rented one night after I gone to bed and sleept for a while I woke up and feelt this heavy blanket that feels like someone held down the blanket so hard I couldn't move and I fullt like it was very hard for me to breath also, suddenly I feelt like something was inside my bedroom moving arround so I opened my eyes...........and I found myself staring at a figur that is hard to describe but I shall try, it was somehow like an 3D animated cartonish character, it stod on two legs like a human and vad to legs and what looked like two arms with something that looked more like a mix of hands and paws the same with the feets that was very long thou, it's body that was pretty skinny and without torso or but, it's head was a mix between what we imagine a troll and a wolf/wherewolf head, but the strangest was that the whole creature was totally black the blackest Black of colour so dark it was impossible to see if it had a naked skin like a human being or a fur like an animal, it wasn't possible to keep the eyes on the body the only thing that was possible to see the area with the night light it covered from being seen. Ny bedroom wasn't wide and I had the bed against one wall in a corner so my head was protected by the walls, and to get further into the room it had to pass my head pretty close in the narrow room, it tried and as I was parslyzed the only thing I could do was to spitt when it tried to reach me, that night I spitted more than I do för months just in s couple of hours, every time it reached to grabb me I spitted and it backed off för s short while untill it tried again and again, I have no clue how long this took but it must have been hours, at last the summer morning sun started to light the room and this thing took off, it walked right through the wall and was gone the ext second, and now the strange thing I tried to wake up beca6I couldn't belive this hadn't been a dream, but I was awake I wasn't sleeping, and in the other wall to the opposite of my bed was totally covered with spit except the area the creature jumped to when it tried to avoid my spit. Untill this day I have no clear explanation to what happened that night, and I'm not s person who is afraid of the dark hours either a d I have no problem walking alone on a lonely road, trail or in the forrest without a flashlight, so I allways sleeps in the darkness and are not carrying a fear för the noices in the dark either. I just can't figure it out what happened there, and I don't open my eyes again when I feel that sleep paralyze feeling again, so what happens may happen and I don't want to know really.

I would love to hear your stories about OBE Jonna. It's not wierd. As a matter of fact, it is natural and normal. The day i understood and experienced OBE, was the day i got a whole new perspective and understanding about the universe. It's called both Out of Body Experience and Astral Projection. The Astral Realm is stunning. The vibrational state is the last stage of "popping" out of your body. In essence, it's your consciousness leaving your body to higher dimensions. What you see is created by your thoughts, and is as real as it gets. Pretty much everything in the Astral Realm is thought based. The funny thing is that EVERYBODY is having OBE, only that some people don't remember or stay consciouss during the time your cousciousness leaves your body. You are what you think. Peace

Qustions & Answers Yes indeed, that is true. That’s why it helps our spiritual growth to control and acknowledge our emotions. Free our consciouness from the ego in order to grow and learn from what is troubling and manifesting in your mind. I've had a similar parasomnia experience like you from time to time. It's scary especially if I'm trying to awaken from a bad dream. Sleep paralysis occurs during the transition between sleeping and waking. The experience of sleep paralysis has been documented for centuries. People from different cultures have similar experiences. You are not alone in your experience. I'm sure you've already read about it in your own research. You could say that in one way it is a gift for you to experience the place between worlds and can lend itself to your spiritual, creative self. Perhaps you might try to paint it as our creative muses can sometimes interweave themselves with our life's experiences into something quite beautiful. Thanks for sharing your personal story. You really inspired me to follow my dream of moving to Sweden. I am currently packing all my stuff, and will be moving the first of August! Really excited and a bit scared haha! Love you and your videos, they really make me feel peaceful. About sleep paralysis: I had this for the first time around a month ago in the North of Sweden (close to Ammarnäs). It was a bit different for me. I was sleeping in a tent with my friend in the mountains, and when I woke up in the night, I could not move, or talk or whatsoever. I did not hear people, but I did feel a strong pressure on my stomach, and had the feeling a guy was trying to keep me down. I tried to wake up the friend next to me, but I of course could not say anything. After a while it finally went away and I had only one less intense attack a bit later that night again. Luckily that was the only night I have experienced this. I would love a video about it, because it is such a weird but interesting thing.

Usually paralysis is to stop acting out dreams, but from my experience, sleep paralyze can also be an important time for healing, through the energy flow opening blockages, (which maybe released, along with a mental content, or story.) and then the paralyzes is to protect your body from being damaged by such very strong energy flow, because your body, and meridians , needs to be aligned. My husband and I are "overlanders" during the summer in Alaska. I have suffered sleep paralysis and typically when you have an overactive mind your mind wakes up but your body wants more sleep. A lot of energy and creativity flows through you while you are in nature. You are such a loving and pure spirit! Wauw!!! Just started really watching your vlogs over my weekend the past few days. You are such an inspiration. Johan to btw. I’m actually also a silver/ goldsmith with just a bit of experience and really love how he is just doing it! That’s giving me sooooo much trust in myself. If everyone on this planet would just have a little piece of your enthusiasm, love, commitment, compassion and strength the world would be a better place. But also just by you sending all your precious gifts into the universe it heals! Thank you sooo sooo much for what you do and give! You will keep shining forever!❤️ oh and btw, would be awesome that episode about sleep paralysis!

Jonna, I've been loving following your creations and you inspired me to buy my first drone for my films in France!! I bought the DJI mavik Pro 2 and have been having SO much fun filming around the French countryside where I live. It's so playful to create with it and see the world from an eagle eye perspective - zooming out allows me to see the bigger picture, and it brings me such peace in the present moments. I'm heading to the alps in Austria this week for a wild camping and some drone playtime. Excited to play it with some more!

This is the first time that I have watched and I am fascinated with your light. Things are a bit scary for us here in the US. Your journey and explanation about sleep paralysis brought me joy and helped me move my energy higher. I am doing everything that I can think of to stay in high energy. Light For me and to share with friends and family that are struggling during these intense times. Then I found your beautiful video and you have so many others for me to watch. Thank you for this entire library of love. It blesses us during these intense but powerful times. I believe in sleep paralysis but want to know more. I would love you to speak more about it. Thanks for the gift of your light. You are a blessing. Debra

Hello dear Jonna, for some time I discovered your youtube channel with great wonder and pleasure. Since I was a child, although I am Italian and have always lived in a small country town near Turin, I have always felt a strong appeal for Northern Europe with a mixture of fascination and homesickness. Endless forests, cold, snow and incredible wild animals that populate undisturbed the beautiful lands once furrowed strong and wild Scandinavian peoples. I love the colors of nature you show in your videos! Every shade of green, the color of ice, the endless greys of the rocks, the soft white of the snow and the contrast with the red of the sporadic wooden houses. I love creating art, too. Through drawing, painting and poetry. I'm trying to integrate all that into my work as a holistic operator. In particular, I'm getting deeper and deeper into the study of the sacred feminine, shamanic knowledge, the imaginary psychology of the deep and the study of morphic fields (i.e. the study through the sciences of the spirit of everything that surrounds us in a more "modern" way). I understand you perfectly when you talk about "conscious paralysis" when you are on that thin threshold between sleep and wakefulness and you feel you are halfway between being in the body and somewhere else...sometimes it happens to me and it is not so pleasant! of your work I was particularly impressed by the use of natural pigments, which I will probably also research in my campaigns to find out what wonderful colors they can give me. Thank you so much for the glimpses of magic that you can give through the camera and that are bringing me so many ideas and inspirations to create new works. A big hug to you and the forest of the north, in which one day I hope to be able to walk not only in a dream!

I try to imagine what it must be like to be so alone in such beautiful nature and feel safe. ..... thank you for sharing your beautiful life Jonna

I saw you packing the car and I was like, omg she needs a van! I'm saving up for a van right now, and I cannot wait for all the beautiful adventures ahead. About the sleep paralysis, I have that as well since I was a child and I am no longer afraid of it. Once I stopped resisting and learnt how to surrender to it, it was no longer scary and my experience because much more positive.
