When I was 18 I ran away from Mum’s. At 18 I couldn’t be taken back. I was never close to Dad and couldn’t trust Mum again so I make my own way. You’re not alone and you will find your own pathway

HELP! It's 5 years out from our contested divorce, and I'm dealing with a NARCISSIST! Here is how women force the father out - it works every time. 1) She tells the kids her new man is the father. 2) She tells the kids that you should be called by you first name now. 3) She says the kids do not want to go on visitation anymore. 4) She never tells you anything about school, sports, education of the kids. 5) she says the kids are sick.... Next week too. The court system could care less about the father. All they care about is the child support checks coming in to the state. Wish men understood how this divorce with kids works - at least it would not be a surprise.

I have a contempt action in play now. My s/o will come to the exchange place weekly but will not leave the exchange area after the child gets out of her car and comes to mine. She records the entire event every time. My child will come to my car , refuse to get in, and walk back over to my ex's car. Sometimes 15 or 20 min aftrer showing up at my car. My ex says the court order doesnt say leave the area. The order says that I pick up after school from the school. My ex would normally not be there if it weren't for COVID-19 and home-school. Her bringing my child to the exchange place (school) , then sitting there recording the events tells me that she is staging and /or condoning my child not getting into my car at exchanges. My ex, after letting my child re-enter her car will then leave the exchange area and that's it. No exchange made. Every week for two months this has been happening and I have 2 more months to go until the hearing. This is alienation , interference with parenting time/ custody etc. but will the judge do anything?

We have been split for 6 years...he had physical custody for the last 3 years. He ignores me completely. Does not honor joint legal custody at all. Never ever gives me extra time asked for. He will have me take the kids for extra time if he is working and cannot get care...etc. ALWAYS at his personal convienience....never when I ask. Hello I have a trial for contempt of court against custodial mom for refusing access to parenting time. this is for being in contempt for not following court ordered make up time. I have the most of the paperwork for proof and do not believe I will have any problems proving contempt. The custodial parent has been arrested for theft multiple times since she this began. I wish to bring this up because I feel it demonstrates her lack of respect for any courts. is there a process I should look into? this is a trial for contempt I didn't know if I could petition for interim custody and it be brought up then. That is when you have to make sure you got evidence and you have to take the father to court because that is who the case is up against I have the same similar problem the step mom took my daughter to the doctor filled out medical forms she didn't even know what she was filling out she has no health history on my kid the guardian ad litem told her she stepped over the boundaries told her not to do it again after the court case was closed she then contacted my daughter's school and the school told her you have no right to call here they immediately called me you have to record everything that goes on get proof of everything take the father to court explain to the judge what is going on tell them you want to put this in the paperwork that the stepmother is to stay out of your business technically not in those words but the step mom's tends to supersede superseded means she's trying to act like the parent take the other parent to court rather be a stepmom or a stepdad and don't wait do it now

I have a modification hearing April 8th and my Ex husband hasn't spoken to me nor email or text. over a year now I have been getting my life back together after he ran me down in my yard in front of my kids. the county I live refused him any custody,, surgeries TBI, my doctors all say I'm competent. She is 14 and now is at her grandmas house while they are bringing this to court for full custody..and my daughter has been completely alienated from me..and is about to choose to be with the predators family now and not me. going through this recently. last month was when it hit the fan. but I have a question or two. negative body language? what about crying because you're being emotionally terrorized by the loss of your child or children and you have an outburst around the child and can't help it. children know if something is wrong. what about going through the court process itself and the harm children to through if they have to testify or are asked questions by someone. they will have to answer. I think it is tragic anytime a child has to pay a price for any reason related to divorce, child support issue etc. And that studies show children need both parents. However if one of the parent 's decides to behave in a manner which results in child abuse, ( such as parental alienation) and just refuses to course correct, then there's no other options.

I went through this shit. I was NOT in my kids life for 13 years. I didn't have a number to keep in contact with them. For a few months I was paying $1,100 a month in child SUPPORT. I almost had a Nervous break down. The whole 13 years I wasn't in the kids life I still had to pay child support $500 a month. Now the kids are of age and wants nothing to do with me. The oldest actually called me the same thing the father use to say to me: Surrogate Mom, Dead beat mom and piece of shit. I'm forced out of the kids life and I pay my Child Support but I'm a dead beat mom. It's sad to say I am just as much a stranger to them as they are to me. There's no way of making any peace. The oldest HURT Me so Bad I called her a Bitch and told her I Regretted not getting an ABORTION with her. I know he is happy. I am permanently out of their lives. Patricia, i can relate to your frustration and pain, i am living this very nightmare. I pay my glorified ransom demand every month, and i don't even know what the child looks like. The mother to the child i pay the ransom demand to made it known to me that i would be alienated from the baby once born. She was a real bitch to me from day 1 of telling she was pregnant. I was called fucking dumb to offer marriage on the night she told me she was pregnant, i was called fucking dumb to think she liked me, this woman went on a rampage of harassing me. I have joint custody but she said i don't know what joint custody is, in her view it means she blocks all communication. Law guardian Ella Van Loon said to me "Deanne is willing to let you see Nick for 2 hours on Christmas" who is this manipulative woman to offer any father such a bullshit offer as this? This was said so no holiday time would be written into the piece of garbage court order. This is a losing battle, if i pursue the child, i risk getting set up for something and i have to deal with being harassed to know end. The mother told me 7 years ago that i could never see the child and she changed her phone number, but CSE hold me at gun point to pay this ransom demand. $72,000 and counting. Nick is 16 now and has made it clear to me that he does not want to ever see me; his mother had him leave me several messages when he was 9 to never pick him up. This is a deadly trap ro get snared into. The child support system makes money off of pimping the federal government, that's where the problem is.

I took the abuse thinking it would leave a small window open to be in Nick's life, how wrong I was, it just fuels the abuse to a new level. When law guardian Ella Van Loon offered me 2 hours of visiting time on Christmas, i raised my voice to her and manipulating lawyer Silvia Josh and said "Are you kidding me, 2 hours on Christmas?, i haven't had a Christmas visit since the child's birth 5 years ago" she replied "look at all the anger you are displaying in front of us to women" this law guardian was desperately reaching for something negative about my character, but she didn't have anything, so she just pulled bullshit offers out of thin air, and sold this as law; she stated, "I talked to the little boy and he said he wants his mom around when he visits his dad" so the stage was set to start me on 6 chaperoned visits with Nick at near by restaurants with the mother watching me. I did not realize what game this law guardian was playing. This was all played to jeep me as the noncustodial parent and to sever the bulk of my real parental rights so title IV-D child support could be involved and to give the mother total control. I did request joint custody, Thomas Polito said "ok, the language will be joint custody" i don't think the reference had a choice, no evidence of any wrong doing was brought against me, there simply wasn't any. It is a rigged system Patricia. I hope life is better for you now. I count down the days when i have these demons in family court and child support out of my life.

I have done some of these things but yes there's a big butt you abused my daughter when she was 4 so yes I felt the need to protect her all these years he never goes to any school functions never involves himself in anything that she's done until he met a girl when she was 12 then all the sudden he had a daughter you still never goes any school functions or parent-teacher conferences or anything for that matter she would want to stay home and a weekend he would not allow her to nothing but problems between her the dad and the Stepmom all my my kid would say is I can't wait till I'm 18 cuz what is he going to do force me to go over there well here it is she just turned 17 almost two months ago now all the sudden she wants to go live with her dad why because she doesn't have any chores he just bought her a $700 camera so she can do KZbin videos when she should be studying for school a few months ago he told her that she should go live with him when she gets out of high school and go to college out there and this all started just a couple months ago where she started getting very distant from me like she would come in the kitchen and make something to eat immediately leave she would barely talk to me and whenever he's around she acts completely different I can't figure out what the heck I've done other than try to protect her and now she wants to go live with her abuser to the one that's never been there for her and she is completely wanting to abandon me and I asked her what is your dad and your step mom saying to you because you're completely doing a 360 in the matter of 4 months and she keeps telling me they don't tell me anything they don't talk to me about anything about you and blah blah blah I think it's a total lie the child doesn't just turn on a parent automatically just like that. My son doesn't want to talk to me no more and I would say 75% of the questions that you said in this video are acid and this video is true he is keeping him for me he is turning him against me he does not let me talk to him he does not even let me take cupcakes to see his school dropping not even just to his go drop them off only because I have to be supervised cuz I only have supervised visits which is understandable but I just want to drop them off not being there with them he doesn't want my son be in my life and it's kind of crazy because I never got a trial when I lost custody of my son they didn't let me go to trial I did have a lawyer he had a lawyer the lawyers talked in the back room for over almost 2 hours came back out the court Chambers chambers of the court I guess and she gave her ruling I had expert witness he was the detective it's the lie detective investigation of the child neglect or child case that he had filed against me saying that my son was in danger but he was a witness on my behalf saying that I did what I was supposed to do to keep my son safe from the person who harmed them in my home and he was never able to be even heard in the court the judge didn't allow that so it's been over 2 years now and my son doesn't want to talk to me he grew apart for me and he goes to the same school as my kids my other three kids that I have he sees them and everything but he does not want nothing to do with me I try to hold him in contempt for writing or because he would sometimes miss the supervised visits lot and he doesn't let me talk to my son he moved and he didn't let me know my son needs braces and he's not doing his part so I try to hold him in contempt for violating the court order for not taking them to our surprise visits that's court hearing is next week I don't know percent only 12 at that going to be 12 February 2nd so when I go to court next week I don't even know what to do I had a birthday that just passed on December 17th I called my son to see how he was and I didn't mind if I was on speaker he didn't put me on speaker he didn't even as he gets back and said he's busy with family and then I told him okay thank you I'm having give me a call he goes no that's not going to happen you could schedule a visit at the visit place if you want to talk to your son but when I do schedule visit the visit place I pay for the visit and my son tells the lady he doesn't want to see me so I think they're putting things in his head because that he will never do I don't think he's a very nice polite kid and I don't understand why he's refusing to see me he doesn't talk to me so I don't talk to him around the school grounds because I of course it has to be supervised which the principal is aware and if I do need an even message I leave it with the principal and she's aware of everything I wasn't allowed to buy his school pictures the father of didn't want him to attend today because of me paying for the pictures ahead of time and it's just a big ol mess do you have any advice for me what should I do when I go to court next week is just a follow-up on the to be held in contempt which he had a warrant out for his arrest for missing that first court date but he still violating the order of several times and he thinks it's funny he never raised my son he only got him every other weekend and I don't know maybe you don't understand this cuz I'm talking to the phone but can you message me and let me know what can I do

The only way to detect parent alienation is this CPS recorded every conversation with every child because children use both parents words I know my words and I know my ex-husband's words this is the only way to detect parent alienation but we have to make CPS actually record the children's words they can't put you in jail without recording your words audio or video video would be better because then you can see the body language at the same time as a works the reason I say this is because my children all of them 1812 + 10 no one in ice boxes this is my mother word sometimes she couldn't see refrigerator and I have the same problem but all of my children no what a ice boxes when I tell them to go to the icebox they go to the refrigerator it's in the wards that they're using is the only way we're going to be able to detect child alienation we're not looking for a bruise we're looking for words whose words are they actually using

Careful with dcf. they're not what you think. I work in this field. Sure, as a woman, they'll make you feel comfy and will go to your exes place and file all kinds of negative stuff about him to make you feel good. See... This is a tactic they use. But you really gotta do some soul searching because if he really loves his kids you both could lose them forever. Because he'll fight, your lawyers will tell you to fight and then they'll say neither of you are fit parents because all you do is fight. Kids are worth 250k a pop through title 4e. After your kids are confiscated, then they'll really be getting abused in foster. I hope your love for your kids trumps your hate for your ex.
