The 2023 document checklist states "If you cannot provide one or more document(s) required by this checklist, you must upload a written explanation for each missing document. Submit any additional information under the section"Additional Supporting Documents" by selecting the Document name as "letter of explanation" in your online application. 1. For items in the document checklist that are not applicable (i.e. details of government employment), should written explanations for each missing form be submitted as an attachment under the section "Additional Applications Forms" or should a single letter combining the written explanations for multiple missing forms be submitted under "Additional Supporting Documents" section? 2. Should the written explanations for the missing forms be provided in separate individual letters (i.e. one for the applicant, and one for the dependent spouse), or can these be submitted as one combined letter? I am a self emplyed and I decide the T4 amount every year. so my NOA line 15000 doesnt meet the requirement but my company income is well above. What can I do in my situation. please advice.

Hi, I got your concern, however personal income line 15000 must meet according to minimum requirements, they don’t even consider corporation income in this applications, so there are no way out, however please check your CPA if legitimate re-assessment possible , that may help. i brother and sister if both are PR of Canada they jointly sponsor their parents under PGP PR. Income of both jointly calculated to meet the income requirements or not.

no brother sister can not combine their income, its just spouse only can be co-signer

Just need three years notice of assessment So even if you are new PR, you can still provide your NOA for previous years where you worked in Canada on work permit, that will work

What if the sponsor and the co-signer did not meet the minimum income requirements? Can they combined their income? Let say for family size of 4 for 2019 the MNI is 61,209. Sponsor only had 51k on her NOA and co-signer had 15k only on his NOA for 2019. Can they combined their income so they can meet the MNI?

Yes, they can combine their income only if sponsor and co-signers are married/common law

yes, you can sponsor both of your parents same time, based on your income you can submit your parents and in-laws applications sametime as far as you get Invitations
