I wish the bo staffs were a little longer. That and I think the head sits a little too high on the neck, compared to Leo. I still really like the figure though.

Dude those look awesome! Those are very detailed! I would get those but. Already have the NECA 4 pack (which are Totally Cool too) and the Nickelodeon set with the Batman charters (which also are very Cool!). Thank you you form the video!

I’m with ya. Def my fav line in my collection. As far as the Wagon, I don’t think I am. Due to space and price, I’ve pretty much decided to pass on it. It does look pretty amazing though.

My favorite tMNT line is from Super7. I like the NECA toon Turtles line as well but these toy-based versions from S7 hit all the marks for me. Donnie was my least favorite of the Turtles but S7 has changed that for me with this release. Leonardo is still my #1. This entire wave is rock solid. Can't wait to get mine in.

Getting this figure in January Don is actually my favorite turtle glad there's not much qc issues on this figure skipped out on the other turtles because I heard bad things about em if all goes well with donatello I'll buy the rest overtime!

I reviewed the Leo and Raph and they were solid as well. I haven’t opened my Mikey yet but I have heard of some QC issues surrounding him.

Just got him from BBTS. I'm happy to have stumbled on your vid dude! Good review. For me I think this is the best Donny figure. And I'm so happy to finally complete all 4 turtles. Why does he come with 2 staffs? Just in case you lose one?

Not sure why he has 2 to be honest. The original only had 1. I guess as u said, in case u lose one or maybe so u can have 1 on his back and him holding 1?? Either way, can’t go wrong with too many accessories. Lol.

Man super 7 is killing it with this line, this looks awesome! Love the accessories, the figure, pretty much everything about it is good. If super 7 gets into star wars I'm in big trouble haha. Awesome review!

9:53 Those lower metal legs were such a bad pointless decision, but ppl seemed to really love it. So many I got came with paint chipping with that shiny metal showing through. It's not like you need the metal for stability. And Turtles aren't cyborgs with robot legs with fleshy bits covering them like a Terminator. I think it was meant to be a "premium" addition to justify the $55 price at the time they were released. To just give them a bit more weight.

Oh yeah, with the Figuarts Turtles (besides the belt buckles), they went with the promo art look...or style guide as NECA calls it. You have things like the wraps on Donnie's bo staff not being painted, the lighter green skin, the eye shape, the shell colors being different, the outlines around the front of the shells. I remember reading some years back from someone that allegedly worked at Bandai, and they mentioned it was due Playmates not allowing them to do straight-up '87 cartoon figures. But it was the way the contract was worded, so the loophole was to essentially produce promo art versions. Still sounds like they could've gotten in _trouuuuuble!_

His teeth & eyes aren’t symmetrical. I was looking at mine last night and noticed they don’t line up properly in comparison to the vintage figures. Everything else seems to be fine but the inconsistency with the belt buckle colors & face sculpting could’ve been better with all 4. Leo’s vintage face looks the best to me but the rest are a tad off. The alt heads seem fine tho

On mine, I wouldn’t say “really wobbly” but they are slightly loose. Not to the point it effects posing though.

Donny looks great. Unfortunately, Michelangelo is the weakest Turtle Super7 has released. Unnecessary QC issues with Mikey let him down.

His chest paint waspeeling also, as for some reason, Super7 decided to paint Mikey's chest, instead of using a diffrent colour rubber, like they did with Leo and Raph. I acctually pre-ordered 2 of each Turtle, for the same reasons as you, However I sold my 2nd Mikey, due to disappointment with the QC.

I agree 100%. I notice the shinier paint on Mikey as compared to Leo and Raph. My Mikey also doesn’t have any shadowing on his bands like Leo and raph. No sure who what happened when they were producing him but he looks bad next to my Leo and raph

Useless super7 strikes again! So they first screw up by giving Leo a bright silver non matching belt buckle to Ralph and Mikey. Then they give us a Donatello with no paint on his belt buckle at all. Thye can never get anything right. 🥴🥴

I actually never picked up on this until ur comment. Interesting that they’ve chosen to make it different on all the belts when the originals just had standard black belts. Thanks for the comment.

@@ManCaveCollectibleReviews Not painting a belt isn't a choice. Especially when Mike and Raphs match. They "Choose" to make lazy and inconsistent mistakes. Just like Raph being the only one without gold and brown painted sais while mike and leo have them. 😒
