I’m in a situation where I am in a wheel chair and have been for 8 months. I had a disabled placard, but it expired, as did my drivers license. Without a current license, they wouldn’t renew my HC. With Covid-19 in full swing, it has been almost a year to get my license renewed so I still don’t have a HC. I have parked in HC spot, without a placard, but I have needed it. I was due to get my license this past week, however I was exposed to Covid-19 so I had to cancel my appointment. I don’t know when I will be able to get it, but I’m still trying. I was told by a police officer to park there, not 59mworry, even if I *ot a ticket, showing up in a wheelchair, the ticket would be dismissed.

Johnny, After watching your videos for several years, I feel that when you’re called to tow, someone from the property management office should be right there with you the entire time you’re on property. This would make it so much smoother for you when encountering people who’s vehicle is getting towed and will speed up your exit from the property by not having to stop at office and all that goes along with that.
