Here is a detailed Hindi video on parkour for beginners.
We have many questions about parkour, but... the most frequent one is no doubt - how to begin this journey or... how to start learning parkour.
This is the first video on this channel that covers - the following questions or queries:

Parkour is often seen as a FLIPS-ONLY sport. That's not the case. It's bigger than that.
Parkour has many movements, which we as beginners can quickly start from day one.
Skills that fall under the parkour domain are:
• Running
• Jumping
• Climbing
• Vaulting
• Rolling
• Balancing
• Flipping
See, these are not so-complicated moves (except, flipping, of course).
But, if you are not confident whether you are up for this, don't worry.
There are some pre-requisite exercises or physical conditioning exercises that you can do before you start your parkour journey.
These exercises are:
1. Push Ups
2. Pull Ups
3. Deep Squats
4. Knee-to-chest burpees
5. Plank Hold
The qualifying reps are mentioned in the video along with the visual presentation of the move.
