The best way to start IMO is to practice running over various terrain and working on strengthening your chinups, fingers and ankles Stuff to train first would be balancing on rails, trying squats and crawling And try low vaults to get the feel for the form and also climbups with rail grips There are a lot of resources out there, but you could go practice the basics and have fun!

get some friends interested in it, if you're not in a big city go to a park or school with a playground and play around a bit. be creative but try to start slow, it's not about trying to hurt yourself. thats how i got started in it anyway.

Wow I had no idea a program like this existed I am amazed. Maybe someday ppl like these could replace the unqualified P.E. coaches around the U.S. to give students some actual physical education and excersize.(No offense intended to P.E. teachers who do their jobs properly)

sorry, that was stupid of me to say Finding experienced tracers in your area may be your best bet, or Generation's classes if you're fortunate enough to live near one. Some people can learn visually by watching others or through tutorials and experimentation, but it's not always the safest way Good luck! And start running and conditioning early!
