This video was useless to me. All you did was plug your business I was hoping you explained the fix so folks could troubleshoot at home. I have the same issue with the same charger what was the issue?

I use KZbin as free advertising for my one man show Mom and Pop repair business, so it does its job. There's not a one size fits all repair for things and sometimes multiple things can cause the same issue. This video is about 6 months old, so I can't recall what we did to it. You're probably going to have to send it into somebody to work on it, Parmak doesn't sell their parts just to anybody and we can't sell their parts either because they have a lock on it and a UL insurance policy that forbids it, which is stupid in my eyes, but it's their dumb rule.
