The thing is that Kurosanji actually had a Gura killer when Salome debuted on her own at the JP branch. She broke Gura's record of getting to 1 million subscribers faster, and was insanely popular. What did Niji do? Not only did they fail completely to promote her, but they invested basically no money in her at all, nor did they capitalize on her popularity in any way. If anything Salome became more isolated from the rest of Niji, now Salome is still super popular, but nothing compared to the popularity she built in the first months of her debut. Niji can be so lucky that they get their own Gura, and they absolutely fumble it. That's like having Lionel Messi in your team, and putting him as the goalkeeper! That's how incompetent Nijisanji is.

To be fair, Niji _was_ a successful company. After the initial drama, there was a period of time where anyone who thought the company might bounce back was in a great position to negotiate contracts. Niji was desperate, and we could have seen a widespread change in company policy... We _should have_ seen a change. All they had to do was lay off a few bad actors, renegotiate existing contracts, and put out a statement to save face. In truth, they wouldn't have even had to alter their internal culture, just play the PR game like almost every other big business would in their position. If the talent isn't suffering to the point they're making it a big deal. then it's an _apparently_ mutually beneficial relationship as far as the general audience is concerned. Conditions are at least _bearable_ for involved parties, and life goes on. But for some inexplicable reason, Niji seems completely uninterested in the survival of their company.

It's fucking wild to me how successful Gura is by genuinely just being entertaining and charismatic, allowing her to build up a loyal fanbase. She can disappear for weeks and then come back and just casually get 30k viewers with a colab. Solo stream? Eh, still pulls an easy 20-25k audience. It helps that her audience gets rewarded for being loyal to her as she clearly understands you kind of still have to be good to them and that Holo promotes stuff with her in for them to enjoy. On top of that we know she isn't just sitting on her hands during those breaks and is working on stuff and projects in the background, due to being one of the bigger stars, and whenever she does colab it also benefits her colleagues due to her audience being drawn to them as well. But still, it's so wild how she just drops by, pulls a banger stream, and then runs off to work on other stuff, and actually get away with it. I think that if we want more Gura streams we have to start getting holo to play more classic metal music, as studies have shown that sharks are drawn to ut with apparently Back In Black and You Shook Me All Night Long being the most effective songs. Apparently, the rhythm is reminiscent of struggling fish to sharks.

I made a little research Session and to this day exept Meloco and Kotoka every female Ninji EN Liver is still losing Subs each Month. Kotoka is the only one that didn`t lose subs in February or gained enough back to make the losses to 0 and has gained 8k Subs since February and Meloco lost 4k in February, but gained 6k alone in March, 7k in April, 7K in May and then she went crazy viral somehow with 43K in June, 24k in July, 12k in August and 14k In September aka. 109K Subs gained since February.
