I am having this same problem on my 987.2 and this video was a huge help! At the moment I am undecided if I will try to have the line repaired or replaced. Was it a significant difference in cost? Any tips on the actual removal and installation of the line? Is it as simple as pulling them apart and pressing them back together? Also you mentioned a repair kit for the coupling seals towards the back of the car. Do you have that part number handy? I think I may need to do that as well if the line is repaired as I have noticed that leaking a bit as well. Thank you!

G'day, The hose repair was AUD$165/USD$105. From memory a replacement line from the US was USD$420. I'll find the part number for the connection coupling kit asap. Yes, the couplings go back together way easier than pulling them apart. Just take your time...
