I think you never looked as good as you do in this video, the color of the shirt suits you so well and your hair looks amazing today!! besides that, personally I like the home updates the most, even if there are no huge updates! love the vlog kinda vibe and seeing some bits of your home, maybe just how you rearranged something, would be enough for me!

Since you ask, what I like the most about your videos is understanding the logic behind the choices you make. You do this in different videos: subscriber submissions, your own apartment, other people's apartments... I guess it's the combination of practice (seeing the artifact) and theory (why you chose it). And you're funny

Personally I like the type of videos like "How to transform a boring grey space". Or "What makes a certain room feels "off".

I LOVE Check Out This F*cking Home. I also love when you show really opposite styles on back to back episodes. It gives me so many ideas for my space!! Also, I always refer back to your gift ideas videos. An updated one of those would be so useful now that the holidays are coming around

If I could make video requests, it'd be COTFH with Rob, Basma's full apartment, Kate's new place! Also a Rose Bowl Flea thrift-with-me. And a video where you (and maybe Kate?) talk us through styling tips for places like the mantel, coffee table, bookshelves, etc. Maybe take us behind the scenes of making a WAS product?

Hi Paige, I hope you're doing well! As you asked suggestions about content, here’s my contribution. You’re one of the few interior design creators I still follow, and it’s mostly because of a few things I truly appreciate: Your personality: Even though I don’t always agree with everything you say, I really respect your way of thinking and your approach to design. Your authenticity: You don’t follow trends just for the sake of it; what you share feels like an extension of who you are, which is refreshing. Your connection with your audience: Your videos, even the casual ones, don’t feel like you’re simply talking at us. Rather, they feel like an open conversation with your community. There’s more I could say, but I’ll keep it short for now! I had an idea for a new series that I think would be a fun fit for your channel. How about creating a "Home Tour" series featuring your followers? It could be similar to the reaction videos you’ve done on AD or other home tour channels, but this time, you’d be reviewing and commenting on the spaces of real people - your audience. In these videos, you could discuss our design choices, highlight what you like or what might not work for you, and share what you’d do differently (of course, the people submitting would need to be open to criticism, but I think that could be part of the fun!). It could be like the recent videos you did where you reviewed your subscribers' spaces, but this time, you’d feature the whole home, or at leat more of it. I’ll admit, I was too shy to submit when you called for entries, and I missed the very last one because I was traveling. But I’d love to submit my home for the pilot episode if you like the idea for this series! Looking forward to hearing what you think.

Would love a video on specifically where to get good original art online that is not too pricey!
@mdwrm4 күн бұрын
originals or prints? any original of a decent size will be (and should be) expensive unless it's secondhand from thrift or lesser known antique or something, but for prints i suggest INPRNT or art museum sites that offer free downloads of public domain art (such as national gallery of art) that you can print to your specifications.

Love these types of videos that you create! I saw this done as a fashion video but think it could make for a cool interior design video as well: good outfits vs. outfits that have the SAUCE. Like what differentiates interior design from design that’s “good” vs. truly SPECIAL design

Happy to hear that you suggested an off centre tv. I just recently off centred my tv and swivelled it, in the hopes of fitting in a small fish tank. I love having the tv like that. Ended up deciding the tank would be too much work to clean but loved moving the tv aside. Used a large decorative bowl to fill the space the fish tank would have gone.

Video ideas: One just on textiles you hate…I personally hate polyester blankets that pill and cheap printed polyester pillow covers that come in sets. Two: what to do now if you have the grey space that was so “in” a few years ago. How to style a coffee table with thrifted objects. You could do a whole series on updating a 90’s Mc mansion.

Not sure if this is your jam, but I’d selfishly want to see channeling a films esthetic into shopping for home decor. By that, I mean I’ve specifically been looking for a low hanging paper lamp that’s similar to the lamp in the corner of the apartment in Rear Window. lol!
