Of course not. But in this case, we are using Facebook as "shorthand" for all Social media. Not all tissues are Kleenex, but when some one says hand me a Kleenex, you know what they mean.

It really depends on which grand Lodge and which lodge you are applying to. My advice is to reach out to the Lodge nearest you and ask them. If you live down in the Bible belt, my guess would be probably not but in some other areas of the country probably yes. It really does depend every grand Lodge has their own set of rules.
