Dear Master Shi Heng Yi. Thank you for this new series about Shaolin QiGong practise. I very much respect your way of teaching it. Deep inside I feel this is the missing link to find a balance between the physical, the emotional and the spiritual aspect in my life. Thank you very much. You are an inspiration and I would like to go on my Qigong journey under your guidance and hopefully meet you personally one day in your temple in Germany. All the best to you. Peace out.

Dear Shi Heng Yi, THANK YOU for sharing these important words with us! I have been training Shaolin gong fu for more than 10 years both external and internal, also traveled in Dengfeng and stayed in Fawang Temple in 2009 for a couple of weeks for training. Most of the principles you mention have been revealed to me through practice, but our Sifu never talks about them and although they say "you have to find your own way through practice", a few key words and explanations are very important so that you realize that you are heading in the right direction. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Regards from Greece!

I have been practicing Yi Jin Ying and Ba Duan Jin, and I love it. The balance is so evident compared to so many other martial arts. The interesting thing is that slower concentrated movements are actually more difficult and require a more intense level of concentration. Thank you. Your training is so awesome.

Master Yi, I am really enjoying your videos. I feel, however, I am missing a lot in watching them because there is no time spent focusing on where the tension, the pushing, and the relaxation occurs in the movements in the recorded videos. The videos tend to just show the movements. I have received benefit already, but it could be much more, I think. Thank you. 🙏

Thank you for explaining. I see so many people at my park or around doing what they think is Qi Gong and that only doing the one aspect thanks 🙏 I knew it was something more to it to balance this energy and biggest part tension love the explanation just like yoga everyone thinks they can but it so much more when you get the right fundamentals 🙏

I suppose we need to take ownership of our tension, or else our tension will take ownership of ourselves. We seem to constantly be told to relax and, although years ago I found I could learn to relax by purposefully creating tension first, it never occurred to me that tension itself could be beneficial in other ways. We learn the correct way to be relaxed, but we don't learn the correct way to be tense.

This music is so beautiful. I love it too much. It is precious. It harmonizes with the excellence of master Shi Heng Yi who speaks judiciously... My question is about knowing, by a very simple daily example, how to know if we are more of a tiger or a sheep. A message on the video regarding the subject but people are not the type to give answers, so, I write it here...

I am disappointed that Master Shi Heng Yi does not want to respond personally to messages on the comment pages. He could answer at least a few of them. Me, I'm just an ordinary person but now, at 38 years old, in total and constant solitude for several years due to my context and even elsewhere when I move, my shyness will still deprive me of friends. This is a real problem even in the city for people who are really shy. Pity and compassion are required. But what is the solution? That I move to Chinatown to talk to a saleswoman who is a fan of Zhou Shen?

Please forgive my ignorance but Shifu says something and the subtitles are an adaptation of what he says - to my opinion a very unsuccesful and intrusive adaptation. He expresses every nuance in the clearest kung-fu terms, his words are as exact as can be and we read a nerdy grammar-ish rendition of his speaking. Is this a google-translate thing?
