Wrong, just wrong! 🤣🤣🤣 I do agree with you on the detangling. When I finger detangled, I had minimal hair shedding. Although detangling with a tool was a breeze, I had much more hair coming out. I’ve also been going a few days (2-3) between my co-washing. Sometimes my hair just be looking so good, I hate to wet it again! But even after a few days, I don’t have that dryness I used to have. Looking forward to the last video and your final thoughts on this method! 💜

Haha I know! 👀🫣🤣 I’m loving finger detangling. It definitely works but I do question if it’s really capturing all the shed hairs? My guess is no but compared to how much comes out with the brush I’ll take it! 😅 Yup, I agree with you. My hair even after 3 days feels so hydrated and moisturized now. The important thing is to listen to your hair and do what works best for you. I will say though that using a leave in seems to help my hair stay feeling hydrated and moisturized for longer periods of time. 💖

0:22 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 I related so much to that 😂😂😂 I noticed too that the more I did this wash and gos, the more easily detangled my hair became. And that’s also as someone who exclusively finger detangle 99.9% at the time. Your hair did soooo good with this method! 🥹 it’s so luscious and voluminous!!! 6:54 how you gon do that to us sis! 🤣🤣🤣🤣 but as a content creator, I love a good cliffhanger 😂😂😂!

I try not to swallow until I’m done but my mouth is like, nah sis not today! 🫣🤣 Yes, I’ve totally noticed that too! So I know you’ll be able to relate when I say, as crazy as it sounds it’s easier to reset it daily than not. For me it’s solely because of the detangling part of it. It takes longer the more days I skip. 😅 I’m so glad you were so generous with sharing all of your learnings regarding this method. @@shelly.v.247 So far I’m loving it!!! I’ve already washed/cowashed my hair three times and it’s a lot more hydrated. I admit I had to deep condition with the first wash to give it a head start. So far my hair is sooooo much better more moisturized and a lot less shedding. My curls are popping!!! For my first wash I used the Alikay Naturals Lemongrass hold it styling gel but it was a big NO! It was too thick for my curls! I love the Kinky Curly Knot Today and Big Poppa combo! Honey I’m loving it! I just wish I had done this method sooner. Thank you for inspiring me! For encouraging me to not give up on my curls!!! 🤗👍🏽

Yes I do!💖 KareCo Brush: amzn.to/3PYwVE0 I used the Felicia Leatherwood brush for over a year and it’s a good brush but I like the KareCo and the Tangle Teaser because they seem easier on my hair. I’m really enjoying finger detangling and I’ve started to incorporate it more. Depending on how many days I go in my wng determines if I use a brush after I finger detangle. 🥰

No you’re right, it did stop because I ended Part 4 there so it wouldn’t be too long. I’m so sorry for that. 😅 I wrote at the very end of the video letting y’all know the pros and cons will be in Part 5. I know that’s totally annoying too. That’s why everyone is laughing about it being a cliffhanger at the end of this one. 😆 I’m still using a lathering shampoo periodically. I’m just tweaking the method to work for my lifestyle and hair. I’ll do a full update on all my tweaks and favorite products etc after next week’s video. 🥰

I usually pull it up in a satin scrunchie and sleep in a satin pillowcase. I have also been using a bonnet here and there when I get annoyed with some of the curl strands popping out and touching my face 😅

I’ve heard it has amazing slip and you can get a lot for little money.
