How do you remove the rear seal ?

Take out the snap ring. With snap ring pliers. Gently pry out the seal

Once you have the rear seal off how did you pull/push out the bearings and plates?

Its under spring pressure, give it a few raps on the sides and it falls out.. i will be linking the video of the tear down soon

Great video I have an issue with oil and water leaks which I feel are both water and oil seals through out the main body. I would like to get the nylon bushings for the pistons, the main bearing seal and the water seals for the heads. Where did you find the parts? Sears wasn't very helpful for me.

I just searched for the manufacturer of the pressure washer, even searched through images until I found where some one posted a picture that matched my pump and lucked out and could read the model number and did a search from there. But also you can get a new pump for around 75 to 85 bucks

How on earth do you get that rear seal off? I dont know how to call the tool if there is one

It is held in by a snap ring. They are called snap ring pliers

How did you get the three old piston oil seals and the larger base seal out?

li te The Piston seals I used a o ring pick and pried them out by going in through the small opening. The back seal you just have pry it out . But make sure you don't score any of the sealing surfaces

I see someone was curious about the same thing I asked. I ended up screwing a screw in the old seal and putting a vice grip on the screw and hammering the turds out of the housing to get it off. I just wanted to see inside

Great video. I have the same question as someone else but it wasn't answered. In Part 1, you have already removed the bottom seal and underneath is a snap ring. How in the world do you remove the rear seal. In Part 2 you just pushed it back in and tapped it with a hammer. I need to remove it!

Nevermind, I just used a screwdriver and pried it out using the crankshaft as the pivot point. Took some work.
