International code is here and now. People think that the NWO is the future.. but they would be incorrect. I think that the NWO took over 50-60 years ago and we are just not privy to it. Each year, millions of documents are "classified" in our government... meaning that we the people are not to see them. I don't know what the outcome ended up being but the simplest way to handle the water issue is to sink her own well. She doesn't even have to draw water for it as long as it's there. And it would be beneficial for her to have a well whether she chooses to use it or not.

+Backyardsoul ~ HI__ I am older than dirt- & city taxes back when~~ paid your water service- garbage & sewer too. But then elected officials had to earn their living, not dip into tax base & sit on their asses. I recall election talk was; does their regular job cover their living expense? Or will they be dipping into our tax funds? Now they expect to stop their regular work if ELECTED-&_- free/load off tax payers. Elect thieves & get your-- pockets picked!
