Ingredients: - [ ] 2 Onions - [ ] 2 tbsp Curry powder and Thyme - [ ] Bouillon cubes - [ ] 1 Paprika Pepper - [ ] 3 Bell Peppers - [ ] 2 Sm Onions - [ ] 3 Scotch Bonnet Peppers - [ ] 1 Can of Plum tomatoes - [ ] Ginger Root OR 5 tomatoes & Ginger - [ ] 1.5 tbsp White pepper - [ ] 3 Bay Leaves - [ ] 4 Cups Rice of long grain parboiled golden sella basmati rice - [ ] Vegetable oil - [ ] Garlic - [ ] 120g Tomato Paste - [ ] 3 cups Stock - [ ] 4 Tbsp Butter - [ ] 1 Medium Size Tomato for Garnishing - [ ] 1 Small Onion for Garnishing Instructions: Season meat with blended onions, bouillon, thyme, curry powder and salt. Let marinate over night or for 2 hours On low - medium simmer for 20 minutes, Add water cover and cook til soft, once meat is finished remove meat and save broth for later. Blend Pepper mix On med add pepper mix, thyme, bouillon, white pepper, Curry powder and bay leaves cover for 15 - 20 min and set aside Add vegetable oil, onion, garlic and thyme to a pan for 2 -3 minutes then add meat, Transfer meat to a plate once fried Add more onions to the oil fry for 2 - 3 minutes add tomato paste until fully fried, then add to pepper mix until fried, then add meat broth, water as need and let cook, then add washed rice, Add salt to flavor. Cover with foil cook for 15 minutes, mix and cover again for about 10 minutes. Stir again, but not to raise up burnt rice Add butter, tomato and onion and cook for 5 minutes and add meat Simmer for about 5 more minutes Serve !!

Yep should have been aniseed, rosemary, gingers, 4-6 cloves, onions, scotch peppers and KNORR cubes. Sick of Africans and their maggi cubes. It's so unhealthy. Need to steam it for about an hour until its soft and full of flavour. Nothing beats Ghanaian jollof because the stock is what makes the jollof

😆😆😆 you are oo. Come let me tell you one secret in your ear; don't tell anyone ooo. Oya listen: I burn the tomato paste small then I cook mine on low heat after the first boil and the rice has absorbed water. Second method for smokey flavor, when the rice is nearly done, I blend green bell peppers and stir it in for extra smokiness... try it sometime
