Hi Dean, very useful videos thank you. Have you come across paslode im360xi keeps popping the piston retaining ring out of place. Would you say operator misuse or just replace the retaining ring? It’s not even a year old with not a great deal of use.

Replace the ring. The operator cannt do anything to pop it of when operating it

Hi Dean, I snapped my piston in the im350+, I bought a second hand replacement off eBay and now it I will fire the odd nail in and the rest seem to come out at different angels. Have you experienced this problem before?

Hey Dean my 350+ lithium fires but hammer wont return enough to pickup next nail , gun is clean inside like new , changed reed valves , any tips or do you service online ? Regards paul
