If this man was around today, he'd have a whole series on The Food Network, a line of pots and pans, a full suite of cookbooks, international celebrity appearances, and a global brand of restaurants. Remember, he was before Emeril, Bourdain, Ramsey, and anybody else.

I've learned A LOOOOOT of my kitchen skills watching this gentleman! I was a 15-17 y.o. teenager living in Venezuela and there was no international television on that time (it was around 1986-1989), but the government of my country opened the satellite signal to the few ones who can afford to buy all the necessary equipment for the TV, ny family did, and we ENJOYED watching this shoe among other ones. Thank you Pasquale

My family loved his show and watched him every Sunday afternoon. Later, Pasquale was working at a Toronto restaurant where my parents took me for my nineteenth birthday. He knelt down by my chair and sang "Santa Lucia" to me. I last saw him many years later, demonstrating some cookware at the Bay. Wonderful man and wonderful memories of him. ❤️
