Yeah, I'd have probably done pretty much the same, except maybe slice the fish into smaller pieces. That way you could get fork/spoonfuls of the "salad" along with a bite of fish. But given it wasn't even properly cooked, wouldn't have helped. lol

Ben does a really incredible job in these. He maintains or elevates what's already in front of him, creates multiple new aspects to a dish to push it toward an end goal, sets up those who follow with they can finish off while still allowing them opportunity to create on their own (a dangerous prospect with these boys) and cleans the space all within ten minutes. A big university or cooking school or something needs to scoop that dude up someday. He's one of the best, most natural teachers I've ever seen.

Pass it on idea potentially under organisation badge ? Each normal gets to "design" a pass it on. They choose what things are on the table, they choose the order everyone goes in (perhaps they have to go last?) And then have to guess beforehand what idea the others will end up going for based on their ingredients and maybe a rough prompt. Badge awarded if the dish is a) nice and b) somewhat close to their plan? (Hence organisation)
