Doing frame-perfect jumps constantly, multiple times in a single run, reacting to RNG's. Most of it comes with your muscle memory, yes. Same goes with any solo-sport. Snooker-pro's are just top tier muscle-memory guys. Being the best chess player is also only learning and remembering patterns. It literally is, if you wanna simplify things.

Yah it does seem weird that it took me 10 years to beat donkey Kong country on SNES and now I'm clocking in at just under 50 minutes for it and how it took me a full year to beat Mario as a kid now I can do it in 7 minutes and how it took me a year or 2 years to beat some of the Harry Potter games now I can beat them in 2 or 3 hours it's insane how good you can get and how much better you can get
