Shomu's Biology

Күн бұрын

This membrane transport video lecture will talk about the properties and mechanism of passive transport and facilitated diffusion. Passive transport is a process of membrane transport where the molecules move down the concentration gradient and does not require any source of energy. Some molecules can easily diffuse through the cell membrane while others require the presence of channel proteins in the cell membrane. This membrane channel proteins help some molecules to pass through the cell membrane. This process is known as facilitated diffusion.
